Air conditioning unit made a clicking/beeping sound every few minutes that made sleeping impossible. Room was HOT, 75 degrees in December and heat was still running. We tried fixing it to no avail. Finally went down to the front desk around midnight. They sent us to another room upstairs. Air conditioner was making the same beeping. We decided to just turn up white noise on our phones to try and drain it out. My husband did not sleep. Mattress was flimsy. You could feel every micro movement and it would shake. I woke up with back pain and neck pain (I’m 25…). Went to take a shower and saw that the ceiling was about to burst. There was a bubble filled up with water. Either a pipe burst or someone upstairs was flooding their tub. Could not use the shower. Shower was also stained yellow with mildew. Ran down to the front desk (really wanted a shower) and waiting for ten minutes before being told by someone eating breakfast that the front desk was in the kitchen cooking. Waited a little longer and they finally saw me and came out. No offer of refund, no apologies. Would not stay here. Go two minutes down the road to Hyatt. Cheaper prices and newer rooms. I also never got my shower that day :(
