You’ll love the LOCATION, the building history, exposed brick, the new high-end appliances, no stairs (first floor access), gated off-street parking, building security & smart home technology.
The space
You not only have the benefit of being located in the heart of Memphis within walking distance of nearly anything you might want to see downtown, but the space is completely upgraded with top-of-the-line appliances & state-of-the-art smart home technology. It's a perfect confluence of historical elegance with modern convenience.

You have exclusive use of the entire condo, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and the washer/dryer.

You also have have a dedicated parking space in the gated parking lot adjacent to the building.
Other things to note
This is a two-bedroom condo with queen beds, but I also provide a self-inflating queen-size Aerobed complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of six people.

This place was so comfy and fun. I felt safe. The furniture was very comfortable. The beds slept well. Lots of coffee provided and all the other usual amenities. Its a great location for downtown with easy access to lots of bars, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

This condo really is gorgeous and we loved staying here. It's set up for guest comfort and ease, and the owner has an amazing website of his own with excellent recommendations for food, music, and culture. You don't need a car if you stay here, you can literally walk everywhere that matters. I'd stay here again in a hot minute!

Absolutely wonderful! Communication was perfect! Anything that you needed was supplied. Walking distance to everything! Great food nearby. Only thing beyond JR’s control was the gate to the parking. Make sure to listen for the beeps when you push the numbers.

Ideally located close to centre a 5 my walk away. Nice touch from owner leaving lots of cold bottles of water. Only downside we found which was entirely down to us was the fact that it only had 1 bathroom so with 4 adults it was a bit frustrating for showers and toilet visits. But the position fully made up for any disappointment we initially had.

Opening the door you are greeted by a clean fresh scent and a beautifully decorated space. We loved it! Everything you may need it has! We walked down Main Street for lunch and museums. Then to Beale st. We will book again.

60th BDay trip!!

Worked out GREAT. Walked to Beale St/Gus’s Fried Chicken/Civil rights museum/riiver. Perfect location. Loved the Birthday Welcome basket. Owner was very accommodating; we got to town in morning (took Amtrak, also walkable to station) and he allowed us in early so we all took naps😜. Very well stocked. A ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom would be nice but we found a box fan to use. Loved the gated parking. Would recommend and stay here again.
