Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms (with two adjacent full bathrooms). One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has two queens. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms (including the master suite with a smart TV), both of which are fitted with one king bed in each. All beds in this home are exceptionally comfy - we equipped this house with only the best and most comfortable design!

Downstairs, the two full bathrooms (with a shower/tub combo in each) can be found next to each bedroom, which are down the hallway from the main living area. Upstairs, you will find the beautiful master ensuite with two sinks and a standalone bathtub & shower. Next to the other bedroom is the last full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Along with the rest of the house, each bathroom has been masterfully renovated to meet the gorgeous, modern aesthetic.

Absolutely stunning, brand new kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of bar seating. With an open concept, you will be able to be part of the entertainment in the rest of the living space while cooking in this massive kitchen! In the evening, you can turn the exterior string lights on to truly relax in this wonderful, private space!

No pool...galvanized "cold" tub 6' in diameter with half of it a raised seat. Yard was very junky looking. No bark or gravel. No firepit. Just rusty propane firepot. You need to update pics or update yard

Memphis Tennessee Location

First thing about the property: the inside was amazing: well-kept very clean, great attention to detail, decorated nicely, spacious and comfortable. However, the outside was totally the opposite. the yard had overgrown grass (a foot tall), where you could not enjoy the outdoor fun and activities. The outside definitely did not look like the photos presented in the listing of the property. The screen door was coming apart and the electronic gate malfunctioned. When I reported it to the owner, it was supposed to be repaired the next morning, so we could secure our vehicles but never was repaired. This made for a bad vacation experience after sending a large sum of money and not being able to do much due to security. Property listed there would be a pool, there is no pool at this location. There's a tin trough with water inside that maybe 2 feet tall. This was very disappointing to see. We could not even enjoy it because the grass was a foot tall. There was no compensation consideration for the inconvenience outside of stating repeatedly they were sorry. I was very disappointed. Larry

OK stay, but wouldn't return

I will try to be as accurate as possible as I don't usually have to give a negative review. Check in- door code didn't work as the housekeepers had locked the bottom lock of the door mechanism as well, so we checked other doors and found the back door standing open with lights and fans running in the house. Neighborhood somewhat transitional and the house is on a very busy street with a stop light on corner. Noise at night was fairly loud in master suite. Trash left in trash cans from prior tenant. Beds made without top sheet on two beds- some sheets left in dryer, but unsure where they all went. Gate to get into house/yard broke and we were unable to exit- notified the owner who continued to assure us she would "let the housekeepers and maintenance crew know", but no immediate action. (My sons and husband were able to get the gate back onto its track so we could make our dinner reservations). The trash can on the street seemed to have been knocked over, and it was brimming full so additional trash was difficult to get to fit. I actually took a trash bag and filled up the loose trash on street to try to help the appearance of the house/street. Grass needed mowing. Ants in kitchen. It was a fairly close location to attractions, and we enjoyed our trip to Memphis, but we would choose a different location in future. Housekeepers and yard/maintenance crew need more instruction. I did notify the owner of most of these concerns. Hopefully better for next guests.
