• Self-check-in is available through a secure smart lock.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
• No smoking or parties allowed. A $1,000 penalty, plus any additional cleaning fees or damages, will be charged for unauthorized smoking or events inside the unit.

Guest Verification
To ensure a safe and secure experience for all, we kindly require all guests to submit a valid government-issued ID along with a selfie holding the ID after booking. This verification step must be completed before we can release your access code. It’s a simple process that helps us confirm guest identity, prevent misuse, and ensure a trusted experience for everyone. Your information will be kept secure and used solely for this purpose. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Important: A $500 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties or smoking inside the unit with additional $150 cleaning fee for excessive mess.
