Newly renovated backhouse in the heart of Memphis' historic Evergreen District. One street away from beautiful Overton Park, the Memphis Zoo, the Brooks Museum, and the Levitt Shell. Walking distance from the Crosstown Concourse and Overton Square this guesthouse is perfect for a couple or small family. The open studio space has a large queen-sized bed and a futon which will sleep one adult or two children. Full kitchen and laundry with a beautiful bath.

Katy is the quintessential southern hostess. Pet friendly, convenient Midtown Memphis location literally minutes from most tourist destinations. Modest cottage in a quiet residential neighborhood, but with all the conveniences you’d expect.

Great neighborhood! We walked to the zoo from the house. Easy check in and out. It was the best bathroom I've ever had at a VRBO. Didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if in Memphis.

Host very nice and house is very clean and accommodating. Unload from street to back yard through gate. With our 2 small dogs, we had to watch for host’s 2 dogs if they were in the back yard before we could let ours out. Overall, nice stay, just we weren’t used to more dogs.

We came up from Texas to visit family and spend time with our little grand baby. The property was very welcoming to my family and our pet. They were very prompt when contacted about anything. It is a small, beautiful, secluded location, close to many attractions. We were walking distance from the Zoo, which we should have taken advantage of, since parking at Zoo was expensive and limited. The neighborhood was in a nice, historic, and quiet location. You could see ocasional neighbors out walking pets in the mornings and evenings. The only sounds were a plane or fire truck, once in awhile. The hostess had snacks, plenty of visitor brochures, and both a fully supplied bathroom and kitchen. We had a very relaxing time and we stayed for 6 nights. All descriptions and instructions were point on, down to every detail. We will definitely be coming back!

The host was exceptionally welcoming and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. We were also thoughtfully informed when their pets were let outside. The bed and breakfast proved to be very conveniently located for our travel needs. The only minor drawback during our visit was our personal preference for a softer mattress. While the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, we attributed this to the weather conditions, and our busy schedule meant we didn't have much time for television anyway, as we were out and about for the entirety of our stay. Would recommend for a small family. It was 3 of us and our pet. Our child slept on the futon in the living room and the parents slept in the room.

Such a cute guest house that sits behind a big historic home in a very beautiful historic neighborhood. If I were to live in Memphis, this would be the neighborhood I would pic. Felt very safe and the owner on property is very nice and helpful. We were only there 1 day as we traveled through for an overnight roadtrip. It’s hard to find places that don’t require 3 day minimum. (At least places that you’d want to stay!) super cute setup they have there.
