SO dirty!!
I have never been to such a dirty hotel in my life. Downstairs it looks quite nice and tidy, but the rooms were so dirty! Never vacuumed under the beds. Bathroom moldy, dirty, full of hairs (not mine!), we had to take a shower in a dirty bathtub where you couldn't stand in, because it was dangerous. I got 2 towels for 4 persons for 2 nights. When I asked after 1 night for 4 clean towels, the receptionist was surprised I wanted so much. And breakfast? 😂 Toast with nothing to put on, cereal but no milk. Coffee with no taste. The only thing what was positive about this hotel was that ihop is next to it. With nice staff and good breakfast.

Op naar Elvis
We hadden een kamer op de 5de verdieping met een heerlijk kingsize bed. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Om het hotel is niet veel te doen maar het was voor 1 nacht een prima hotel. Het ligt ongeveer 20 minuten rijden naar Graceland. Ontbijt was karig en t personeel niet erg spraakzaam.

The rooms wasn't clean and had a horrible smell , and the halls ways where very hot and got a smell also !!!! They had hair in the bathrooms and you can tell the room wasn't expected too !!! One of the worst hotels i have ever stay at !!! Needs more inspections after they r clean !!! I definitely know because i was a supervisors too !!!

It took forever to even get the guys at the desk to acknowledge me. They were changing shifts and it seemed like the night shift guy was being trained by the evening shift guy, whose ride was outside the main entrance with their music so loud the lobby desk was vibrating. We finally got checked in and headed up to the room. We were met in the hallway by several shady-looking people. Got to the 4th floor and as soon as the elevator doors opened we were hit with a wave of heat (seriously- 80 °) and the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. When we got to our room, the key didn’t work so I had to go back to the lobby to get that fixed. We finally got into the room- the carpet was dirty and worn; the chair and ottoman had a dirty cover over it (I was scared to lift it to see what it was covering); there was still trash around the room from the previous occupant; the shower was disgusting. The sheets on the bed did look clean and it was well-made. The TV worked, but was very unclear and had a red line running down the picture. Throughout the night we were woken by doors slamming and I swear I thought I heard someone trying to open our door at one point. (I had put a piece of furniture in front of the door cuz this place gave me the creeps!) When we went down in the morning to check out the “continental breakfast” we found more cereal on the counter than was in the dispensers and three slices of bread; plus a woman talking to two guys about turning tricks for $30.

The most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. Room was filthy. Sheets were dirty, splatter and mold on walls, holes in the ceiling. The carpets have not been vacuumed or cleaned in a decade. The rating on 6.6 on Expedia is a farce. Unsafe area, absolutely horrendous. Do NOT stay here.

Would NEVER stay here again. Room was full of cockroaches. Dirty bedding and flooring. Area is NOT safe. Homeless people sleeping in the lobby, next to nothing for breakfast d/t outsiders taking all the food. Room smelt of mold and must. VERY unsanitary. First room we were put in had mold and smelt of sewer. Very loud, and dangerous area. We were extremely disappointed in our stay. This place needs to be shut down. We want a full refund. This place needs a full inspection from the health department, and I’d gladly help get this place shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE

I really love this hotel because the area it is and the other surrounding motels are dirty and run down and the same if not more expensive nightly price. The rooms are very clean and nice. The breakfast could offer more than just waffles on the weekend. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I wish there was a microwave in the room so I didn't have to go all the way downstairs to the front lobby to use one.

Room was very dirty with holes in the flooring, numerous stains on the couch, baseboard was hanging loose, sheets were stained and people running up and down the hallway slamming the exit door. Located in a very bad neighborhood. We left 15 minutes after we got there and lost our payment which is ok because we could not stay there. Horrible room and place to stay. Clerk wanted to help get our money back but was booked thru a 3rd party so was unable to. Not at all like the pictures and comments.

Room was comfortable and location was convenient. Maintenance needs to be done as the tub dripped, toilet constantly ran and hot water was lukewarm. Breakfast was cereal or bread and coffee was empty although they tried keeping up with it. Neighborhood is sketchy but it’s fenced and gated with security so it felt safer than it would have been without that

My stay with this hotel was terrible, the staff was rude and insensitive to the fact that we requested room service every day for a week, and no one ever came. This hotel had roaches coming out of the shower..Our last night we were given another room with a broken toilet and had to use the restroom in the lobby.. there are NO SIGNAGE where I was parked distinguishing the handicap parking from regular parking… however I receive a parking ticket that I will be suing this hotel for…I took pictures to prove there is no handicap parking signs…book this hotel at your own risk! The service was terrible! Someone else had a ticket on their car and this was the sign
