The space
This is a newly built house minutes from local attractions. This newly built house has Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. This property is equipped with all stainless steel appliances a 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal. A chef fully equipped kitchen. whether you’re cooking baking or preparing something special. The owner also made sure the property has a Generac generator so you can rest assure to always have lights and HVAC at all times. There are charging stations throughout this spectacular house in all three bedrooms are equipped with nightstands and lamps that have charging stations. Enjoy a movie night with popcorn on the big screen TV. There’s a coffee & tea bar station you’ll find suitable for your needs with complementary white and red wine. The owner has made sure you and your family or friends have complementary snacks, waters, and a few sodas in the refrigerator. There’s an inviting patio with fire pit. This is a smoke-free property. The owner has gone above and beyond to make a designated smoking area outside the property no illegal drugs on premises authorities will be called and there will be a fine. Please follow all rules and guidelines. Thank you in advance for being considerate.

Guest access

All guest will enter through the carport entrance driveway. There’s a smart lock on the front door. To unlock the door, you'll enter a 4 digits code your host will provide, then press the check mark.
To lock the door, simply hold the check mark for 2 seconds. There’s no need to enter the 4-digit code when locking. If in the event you have trouble, contact your host immediately.

Other things to note

-This is a newly constructed home, so we ask guests to treat the space with care.
-The property is smoke-free indoors. A designated outdoor smoking area is provided.
-No pets are allowed on the premises.
-No parties no exceptions! You will be fine and removed!
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors.
-No illegal activity is permitted on the property.
-A GENERAC Generator powers the home during outages, ensuring uninterrupted electricity and HVAC.
-Smart lock access is used; entry instructions will be provided before arrival.
-Complimentary snacks, beverages, and wine are provided as a courtesy and may vary by stay.
