Great central location and newly renovated

Location of Lovely Loft perfectly met our expectations. Less than a 10 minute walk to everything Menaggio offers. Great jumping point to Varenna and Bellagio. Property managers were spot on, informative and professional. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for a Lake Como stay
The property was sparkling clean and well stocked. It was the perfect location and near everything - restaurants, amazing waterfront strolls, and ferries to other lake towns. The private parking area was essential and added another layer of convenience to our stay as we drove to a number of villas and restaurants in other towns. Check in and out was terrific! Great hosts, great property!

Fantastic gem in the heart of Menaggio town, amazing hosts
This is an impeccable property, stylish, spotless, and charming, right in town, steps from the water and the restaurants. It even has its own parking - a rear commodity. The hosts greeted us, explained everything patiently. The property even has a little gem of a garden- unbelievable. We cannot recommend this highly enough

Schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage
Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist brilliant - ein eigener Parkplatz (in Menaggio "Goldes" wert), fußläufig zum Zentrum, zur Fähre und zum Supermarkt - es geht nicht besser. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Ferienwohnung ruhig und durch die eigene Terrasse sehr angenehm. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation bei einer Nachfrage liefen rasch und unkompliziert! Insgesamt ausserordentlich empfehlenswert ! Danke an an die uns so lieb zur Seite stehenden Fabiana und Roy !

Great location for exploring and enjoying Lake Como

Loft idéal au bord du Lac
Nous venons de passer 3 jours dans ce loft. Difficile de lui trouver des points négatifs. Situation exceptionnelle (à deux pas de la place du village et des départs des ferrys qui vous mènent à Bellagio et Varenna) avec parking gratuit (ce n'est pas du luxe à Menaggio), Loft tout neuf, très propre, très pratique. Terrasse agréable, petits jeux à disposition des enfants. Bref, séjour magnifique. Merci à Roy pour son accueil.

Excellent location . Kid friendly.
The “loft” is a large modern, clean living space with a spacious bathroom and one large double bedroom. There’s an open mezzanine level ( no door or window) reached by stairs, added above the living space. It has 2 narrow beds, suitable for kids. The sofa in the living room can be converted for sleeping. Our hosts were so lovely and responded quite quickly when the power went out one evening. We were 4 single women -so the lack of privacy for some of us was a bit of a challenge. The location was excellent. There is a large private terrace attached to the property which was also lovely, and a washing machine . Overall I can’t fault the attentiveness of our hosts and would suggest this property would be ideal for a couple and 2 kids over 5.

Fabulous appartment in a perfect location
Lovely well equipped appartment ideally located to explore the pretty town of Menaggio. Clean, comfortable and private. The church bells were delightful. Fabiana and Roy were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. Would certainly recommend!

We Loved It!
We had a very happy three weeks in this lovely apartment and recommend it most highly. The website photos are totally accurate - and the apartment was actually bigger than we had expected - very light and comfortable - high ceilings, a large bathroom with lots of storage space - and a large outdoor terrace. Location is excellent - about 5 minutes walk to the ferry and only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre - and the bus stop for Como and Lugarno. There is a small supermarket at the ferry and a larger Conad in the opposite direction further on from the bus stop. There was nothing here that we could fault. Menaggio is our favourite Lake Como location and we do hope that, one day, we will be fortunate enough to return the Lovely Loft. Thank you to all involved with our booking.

Clean, quiet, centrally located and relaxing
The location of the cottage is great. Easy to get to ferries, right in the center of Menaggio and quiet. It was easy to settle into a rhythm of visiting the bakery to pick up breakfast, going to the meat market for picnic items, hopping a ferry to a villa or garden. Later we'd find great places to eat nearby or in Bellagio. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, laundry was easy, patio was sunny and easy to lounge on. Our four night stay was the perfect end to our vacation.
