'The room was clean and nice, but there was no AC or heater. There was a wheel to change the temp but no vent or anything that made a noticeable change to the temp in the room. The walls and floors were also very thin, we were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep or talking from the room above. 'I LOVED the lock box key card for people who travel late. The property isn’t 24 hours because it is a small town but they do give you options to have your key card in a lock box with a unique code for those who arrive late. We arrived at midnight and were able to get into our room perfectly! I ended up needing extra towels and a broom (due to breaking a glass personal item) and they had maintenance come and clean it up even though i told them i would happily do so! I stayed the night in motel 6 and booked another night of stay and when I went to the office to renew and it was not in the system and I paid the night in person and then we realized that I had booked in the wrong motel which is motel studio 9 and I was talking to Expedia to cancel and you charged me half of my money and I think it's not fair. And guy to motel 8 in person to tell them to cancel me that I wasn't going to arrive and that they sell the room and they have money that they can't...

'We kregen een kamer naast de wasruimte en de ijsmachine. De wasruimte zou sluiten om 9 pm maar om 10.30 pm draaiden de machines vrolijk door. De hele nacht een irritante bromtol van de machines. Al met al weinig slaap gekregen. Teleurstellend want daarvoor ben je daar.'
