Great stay near lake Annecy
We have really enjoyed our stay in Menthon Saint Bernard. We stayed in the duplex with our family of 4 and found it to be very spacious. All rooms were really clean and necessary items for the first couple of days (such as dishwasher tablets etc) were available. The duplex is at walking distance to the lake (3min walk) and a 20 minute drive from Annecy city centre. We were a bit unfortunate to have a couple of days of rain during our stay, but found plenty of activities nearby (castle visits, cave visit etc) during that time. A couple of minor remarks: - It would have been a plus if wifi was available so we could watch a movie after the children went to bed. - The rain can be very loud on the velux windows. Halfway through our stay, we moved the children from the upstairs bedroom to the one downstairs where it was a lot more quiet. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice for this duplex.

Cycling in September
The property was a very modern Chalet, clean and well organised. Had everything we needed including very safe storage for our bikes. The chalet was private, and 10 minutes walk away were 2 great restaurants and a comprehensive local supermarket. The weather was great and the mountains gave us what we were looking for !

Second stay and just as good!
This is the second year we’ve booked this apartment and didn’t disappoint again. Great proximity to the lake and Menton village. The host is always very helpful and great to now have wi-fi added this year (a must with the teenagers). Thank you!

Good property but with a few improvements could be great
The house was in a good position, much nicer being out of Annecy and to have a "beach". A few things could have been better. Not nearly enough toilets paper for 4 adults for 5 nights; no toiletries (soaps etc) . The place was quite hot and the air conditioning didn't work...just the fan. No wifi. There were many finishing touches that you get in other Stays that were missing in this one. It did have parking and was well situated and fairly new.

Très beau séjour au bord du lac d'Annecy
Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé , le chalet est confortable et propre.Le cadre magnifique.Un bémol cependant : nous avons regretté la literie en synthétique , le canapé du salon inconfortable comme couchage ,l'absence de néons autour des miroirs des deux salles de bain , pas de tables de chevet dans les chambres , et la surveillance discrète de la voisine , déjà signalée par de précédents locataires. Malgré ces quelques détails , nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Lovely house - so well placed for the lake.
Great rental and brilliant proximity to the lake. House was well supplied and hosts very helpful indeed. The only thing we missed was having wi-Fi with a teenager to entertain!

Lovely accommodation
Modern apartment that was lovely and clean. The air-conditioning was very useful for us. It is in a very quiet setting and just a short walk to the lake. Valerie was easy to communicate with. Our only disappointment was that there was no internet for us to use in the property, but we would stay here again.

Nous avons passé 4 jours superbe au bord du lac dans une maison très agréable et très calme . Celle-ci est très spacieuse et chacun a son indépendance avec 2 belles chambres équipées de chacune d'une salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne . La situation du logement de Valérie nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour de découverte du lac et de la ville d'Annecy. Il y a beaucoup de choix de promenades tant à pieds qu'à vélo. Le logement est très chaleureux tout comme Valérie qui nous a accueilli.

Modern and pleasant place
Attractive, spacious main room with kitchen and living space. Ample space to park the car and you can walk to the village of Menthon Saint Bernard for groceries and restaurants. The lake is very close. We skied some days in La Clusaz which is 35 minutes away. Valerie received us very well. Very enjoyable base to explore the region.

Fantastic few days at this apartment in Menthon-St-Bernard, not least because of it's location close to the village heart, and in easy walking distance of the lake.
