On the other side of the house, the private swimming pool enjoys a particularly privileged setting, with a beautiful view of the Château de Menthon-Saint-Bernard 🏰. A unique backdrop to relax, cool off and fully enjoy the atmosphere of the village.

The swimming pool is heated from May to September, allowing you to make the most of sunny days and relaxing moments outdoors ☀️.

The living areas are bright, spacious and open onto the outdoors. The understated and refined decoration creates a soft, contemporary atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day by the lake or in the mountains.

The living room features a wood-burning stove 🔥, perfect for cooler evenings or off-season stays. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning, and air conditioning is also installed in the living room. The house also benefits from underfloor heating in the main living areas, except in the ground-floor bedrooms.

There are no cameras inside the house. Guests’ privacy is fully respected.
