Linger Longer Cabin is ideal for writers, digital nomads, traveling nurses, investors, artists, business professionals, and those waiting to purchase or build their own home in the charming mountain town of Mentone. This home is fully furnished and includes major utilities, internet, quarterly pest control maintenance, high speed internet and Wi-Fi, monthly cleaning service, and garbage service.

**THE RETREAT PROPERTY**

The large front porch is perfect for sipping morning coffee amidst the trees, while the expansive screened porch in back invites you to unwind and enjoy the sights and sounds of the forest in secluded comfort.

Inside, the cabin’s open layout creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large living room features cozy seating and a large stoned fireplace that utilizes propane and is ideal for relaxing evenings. **OUR POLICIES**

Message host with any questions. Guests will receive email communication from Peaceful Retreats prior, during and after each reservation.
During the rental application process, guests are required to review and e-sign a rental agreement and upload their government-issued photo ID. A lease agreement is required per HOA neighborhood restrictions. A soft background check and soft credit check are required, and rental application must receive final approval and authorization from property owners.
This property is part of a local HOA, and Guests must abide by HOA restrictions.
Midterm reservations require a refundable security damage deposit ($1500).
Exterior-only security cameras are located at the entrances of cabin as well as the parking area.
This retreat property does not allow smoking on the property.
Quiet Hours are 8pm until 8am.
This property allows small to medium dogs, with pet fee of $69 per dog monthly (2 dogs max), leashed at all times.

**GIVE-BACK**

Peaceful Retreats gives back 10% of all revenue commission collected from reservations at Linger Longer Cabin to the local Mentone Fall Festival. Hosted by the Town of Mentone each Fall, along with volunteers, funds raised will offset expenses and extensive repairs needed for the historic Moon Lake school building which has been repurposed into an artisan village in the heart of Mentone.
