'We were a bit disappointed on arrival - our room wasn't ready, and despite lots of staff being around, nobody helped us with our bags down the steps, or provided us any information about the hotel, restaurant, wifi, etc.
The room was beautiful, though, and our small private pool was clean.
We were disappointed by the breakfast offering - lots of open containers with flies landing on the food meant there wasn't really anything we felt comfortable eating.'

'Local people are very warm n helpful.The hotel did not provide my package with breakfast but no worries, many local foods nearby along the road which is tasty n cheep.Since I can communicate in Bahasa indo we managed to travel most of the trip on local bus n tricycle which is a big saving. But please remember to book or arrange any of transport if u intend to hang up after 5 pm. at any location.
