'Gorgeous property, we loved all of the animals (dogs, cats, and a baby alpaca). The staff was genuinely kind and helpful in scheduling taxis for us. The courtyard is so nice! The water pressure in the shower was hit or miss, but everything else about this hotel was a hit and we loved staying here.'

'Great location. I stayed 2 nights. Free filtered water and tea all day. The breakfast was also good. Two scrambled eggs, avocado, bread, jam and a fruit salad. My room was right across from the yoga/meditation area with floor to ceiling windows. It was nice to spend time outside my room. The hotel owner also arranged an affordable taxi for me to go to the Pisac archeological site and then I hiked backed down to the town, which I highly recommend.'

'The location to this hotel is very nice, walking distance to the main square and the views from the balcony rooms are beautiful. The photos are nicer than the actual hotel itself and the balconies are small with no chairs like the photos suggest. There is no heating available and I only had hot water for half of my stay there which was upsetting since it was very cold. 'I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. 'The photos looked great and stated a king bed, I made sure to ask for the king bed at the property and they gave us a double bed. We made the best of it but our shower had a dead grasshopper in it along with used soap from the previous tenants, the shower curtain was also filthy and the room was over all super dusty. It was super loud you could hear the conversations from the lobby in the room. Do not recommend. '

'I actually had to leave after 10 minutes because there was mold on the wall in my room. This is a very dirty hostel with weird vibes. '

'Onhandige locatie. Geen fijne buurt: langs verkeersriool. Meest verbazingwekkend was dat niemand in hotel Engels sprak cq begreep. Bij een 'coffee'-verzoek keek jong meisje je aan of je gek was. Bij vraag om 'a cold beer', waarbij je als gast gemakshalve maar even bierflesje in een vitrine aanwees, wilde ze het flesje uit vitrine halen. Ik zal toch niet de eerste zijn geweest die in dat hotel een verfrissend biertje wilde bestellen?!'

'Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...
