The Menta & Rosmarino Vacation Home is located in the heart of the historic center of Mercatello sul Metauro, one of the most charming and best-preserved villages in the Marche region, recognized as one of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages. Nestled along the banks of the Metauro River, this ancient medieval town is a little gem rich in history.

The house is situated within a historic building dating back to the 1500s, featuring exposed beams and original brickwork that preserve all the charm of the past. The architectural elements, deliberately left in their original state, help create a unique atmosphere, albeit with a few imperfections due to their age—small signs of the passage of time.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for couples or small families. It features a cozy double bedroom and two single sofa beds in the living area. The rooms are heated by a pellet stove and feature meticulous attention to detail; they also include a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small balcony.

The owners provide guests with two bicycles free of charge at the property.
Near the property, there is free on-street parking and numerous restaurants, trattorias, and agritourism establishments where you can sample the area’s traditional dishes.
