'This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in.'

'First, I want to mention that the front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. When I initially checked into the room, I was very satisfied. The room appeared clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and clean. Unfortunately, the next morning I experienced a few issues. I had left my luggage on the floor overnight, and when I picked it up, I saw two bugs run out from underneath the bag and disappear into the molding along the wall. That was concerning. 'Disappointed and underwhelmed. We drove 3 hours from NY to PA to stay at Wind Creek for our 28th wedding anniversary. The staff was on auto pilot when checking in, barely looking at us or acknowledging the event or our travel. The room, although big, was underwhelming. No bathtub in the room. 'This is an extended stay place and very affordable. Bare bones and not luxury, but we really just needed a bed for the night.
