'Clean, updated room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. My only wish was a bolder coffee, but that's minor. My wife and I visit Cincinatti regularly and have now discovered a gem. I highly recommend this hotel.'

'The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. 'My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. 'Front desk staff was unfriendly and coffee needs attention if you are hosting a coffee free service make sure it is hot and coffee condiments are stocked regularly.'

'Hotel was clean and staff nice. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the indoor pool or breakfast as the hotel was overrun with screaming kids due to a soccer tournament in the area. Would try this place again as long as i knew their was not something going on again. '

'One of the staff members didnt know how to do much so she just told us and other visitors its not available. We couldnt get two room keys because after we paid and checked in she couldnt give us an additional room key for my husband. 'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier.
