Whip up meals or enjoy a morning coffee in the modern kitchen, fully stocked with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, dishware, wine glasses, etc.

Step out onto your private balcony to sip a drink or soak in the Mérida breeze. If weather is too hot, air conditioning keeps both the bedroom and living area cool and refreshing.

Take a dip in the building’s shared pool to enjoy the Mérida sun, or get cozy with board games and books provided for your enjoyment. It’s the perfect spot to rest, recharge, and make unforgettable memories in the Yucatán.
- Responsible Energy Use: Please use the air conditioning responsibly. Turn off the AC and all lights when no one is in the apartment to conserve energy.
- Toilet Use: Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet to avoid clogs. Use the provided waste bin. Guests will be responsible for plumber fees if clogs occur due to improper disposal.
- Trash Disposal: Place all trash in the designated containers located on the ground floor of the building to keep the space tidy.
- Pets Welcome: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Please keep them supervised, clean up after them, and ensure they don’t disturb other residents.
- Garage Door Remote: Please leave the garage door remote inside the apartment before check-out. A $700 MXN charge will apply for loss or damage to the remote.
- Respect Fellow Residents: Maintain a respectful environment by keeping noise levels low, especially after 10 PM, and being courteous to neighbors in shared spaces like the pool.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony to ensure a fresh environment for all guests.
- Pool Etiquette: The shared pool is open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Please follow building rules, avoid bringing glassware, and ensure children are supervised.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 3 PM (flexible with prior notice), and check-out is by 11 AM. Contact us for early or late options.
- No Parties or Events: To respect the building’s tranquility, parties or large gatherings are not allowed.
- Keep It Clean: Treat the apartment with care. Report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them.
- Safety First: Ensure all doors are locked when leaving, and do not share building access codes with others.
