Had to switch rooms several times until maintainence was adequate... toilets wouldn't flush, smoke detector was chirping. Did not feel safe. The night manager was excellent & apologetic.

The place is really trash, the bathroom is the worse part for me. Mold on the ceiling, mold in the shower just beyond disgusting. The toilet wouldn’t stop running all night and it was leaking from the bottom, it was barely any water hot in the shower. I wasn’t comfortable at all I couldn’t sleep. Place needs to be shut down immediately!

The air conditioning isn't functioning in temperatures around 0 to -4 degrees Celsius, despite notifying the staff with no response. Additionally, the bed sheets are extremely thin, making this the worst stay I've experienced during my travels.

On a trip from Ohio to Chicago needed a clean, safe place to spend the night. This motel had a clean room, a place to shower and a comfortable bed to sleep. It was perfect for my needs.

the main reason for my bed review is windows. They are sealed completely, you can not open them at all. Even though it should be non-smoking, the hallways and our room smelled like smoke. It was too late and we were too tired to go somewhere else. The front desk gave us an air freshener, which of course was not that helpful. And it's not just the fact that you cannot open my window to let the fresh air in, what if there is a fire in the hall way - you are dead.

For a cheap hotel. It was quit for a Saturday night. I’ve stayed here when I couldn’t afford the more expensive places. Never had a problem clean sheets no bugs. The tubs I don’t use but for the most part if I needed to shower I would.

Definitely not the worst!
The room was decent. Restroom badly needs upgrades. Floor boards are missing in the entire Restroom. The tub is old and feels like its caving in when you step in the middle. We had 1 dry towel and 1 hand towel. No wash cloths were provided. The blanket on the bed had holes in it and was as thin as the sheets. The pillows were flat but the linen was clean and smelled fresh. I used my own blanket. The front desk gentleman was very polite and accommodating. The recent renovation looks great and I hope they continue to improve.

Check-In staff was polite & helpful. Room was ok. It's a Motel 6 so there were some holes in the curtain and cigarette burn in the blanket which isn't unusual for "The 6" My problem was at 8:15 AM the staff is talking in full blast mode right outside my room which was by housekeeping. When I asked them to please keep it down they chuckled and were a little quieter for about 3 minutes. Just don't get a room on the ground floor.

The people that either own it or run it are completely rude. Very bad attitude and poor customer service skills. Never checked to see if we needed towels or toilet paper. Didn't see if we needed the floor swept. The room was dirty. The toilet seat was falling off. The sinks counter was too far over that when you sit on the toilet the corner of the counter was jamming into you side. There was no grip on the floor of the tub so it was very slippery. I slipped and fell. I can barely move without tons of pain. I will be going to the emergency room to make sure it isn't broke. I can't stand, sit or lay down without crying. I would never tell anyone to stay at this place.

Check-in was hassle free. Booked an accessibility room. We received exactly what was described on hotels.com. The price for the room is affordable compared to others in the area. Room is clean and accommodating. They have a washer and dryer on the premises. Snack and cold drink machines.

The night shift manager if rude and very unprofessional. I was there for a total of 10 mins with my daughter and wife. We checked in around 11:40pm walked to are extremely dirty room and the manager was walking up and down the hallway screaming on the phone with someone. My wife parked the car and met us in the room and was followed by some creep after being approached in the parking lot by him. We immediately grabbed the little stuff we brought to the room back to the car and that’s when police came flying up in the parking lot. Told the manager we don’t feel safe here with are daughter he said oh well and refused a refund. Not a safe place for your family.

We arrived late evening. The area was not well lit and there were people loitering at different points around the outside of the property. Once I found the office the check in was great. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful - super friendly and took steps to ensure we felt safe and were able to keep an eye on our car. Our room was not terribly clean - e.g. dresser had old splashes from a spill, areas of the tub not wiped down, and there were some maintenance issues - e.g. broken window glass, and the ceiling in the bath was water damaged and coming down in one spot
