'Great spot! House is fantastic, they did a really nice job with the remodeling and renovating. We loved the deck as well—gets a good amount of sun and is a good hangout spot. The yard is huge for games like frisbee and tossing a football. Only demerit is the dock—for one, it needs some redoing because it's falling apart. And two, it's not really set up to walk directly into the water because of lily pads and debris/rocks. But the community beach is within walking distance, so still not too...

This is a pet friendly rental and honestly I was absolutely SHOCKED it did not smell and the unit was so clean. I did not see ONE bug inside. 'This property was exactly as described and very comfortable for being small and relatively simple. Has all the necessities and some extras, namely a very nice hot tub. I didn't notice how close to the highway it was until after I booked. This is both convenient and somewhat noisy. Still, the traffic noise was not bad inside. The cabin was very clean and Lance was a responsive and great host.'

The location was beautiful - right on the beach but still within a few minutes drive of the downtown area with plenty of shopping and dining options. The pet-friendly aspect was a huge plus for us, and our two senior dogs also enjoyed their stay and first times experiencing the beach & ocean. '
