'We thought the property was great. Michael was a great host and answered our message quickly. The home is very nice, the yard and walk to the sea was so great. My grandchildren loved that we could go through the dunes and get to the sea. high five... Amazing Grace, Rebecca and Family'

'We loved the house. Nicely decorated with an obvious beach feeling. Location is amazing, walking distance to a beautiful, not too crowded beach. We were very confortable with our two grown up teenagers. Kellie was very helpful and responsive. The availability of the bikes island cruisers was a huge plus. Some beach accessories were also provided and it has been much appreciated. The only downside why I do not give a 10/10 is because of a little a desappointment on the cleaning. One single bed...

'This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!'

'This is a prime location for relaxation, ocean views, and beach access. We had plenty of room and privacy for 2 adults, 2 tween boys, and our little dog. Rob is an excellent host and provided so many beach and vacation necessities. It made packing and enjoying our time a breeze. I would have booked a second trip back this summer if it wasn’t already sold out! I can’t say enough good things. Thank you!!!!'

'This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay.'

'Very nicely renovated, clean, and conveniently located apartment. Spent the days exploring Lowell, Boston, Salem, and Concord..never further than 45 minute drives to explore historic sites.'

'We had a wonderful 3-day stay in a great property that was perfectly located for usWe were quite surprised however to discover that the pictures out the windows are taken from an angle that hides the fact that you are underneath the deck looking out of the window The pictures also hide the fact that if you are over 5' 11'' and a half you're going to hit your head going into one of the bedrooms and where someone hung a light near the dining room table but not over it.This sounds worse than it is...

'We were in for the 5k/Half Marathon. Check in was easy. Location was perfect (everything is walking distance). There were 7 of us and plenty of room. Games were played.Puzzles were put together. Sat on the back deck for breakfast. Full dinner in the dining room. We were able to get a late checkout so we could shower after the race.'
