'Having the extra half bathroom was especially helpful for our family. The unit was thoughtfully stocked, with full soap dispensers at every sink, air fresheners in each bathroom, plenty of paper products, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, garbage bags, and clean linens for our full week of occupancy. The building was very secure and conveniently located. Check in and check out instructions as well as amenity descriptions were helpful, and our chat messages were generally answered...

'AMAZING!!! Do NOT listen to all of the negative reviews. When I first found this listing I was really unsure because there was so many bad reviews. I took a chance and booked anyway. The stay was phenomenal. Check in was super easy and the company/host was very responsive. Very close to train station as well. They sent text messages and even let us know the room was ready for check in around 2pm instead of waiting until 4pm check in. The room was super clean and nice. No issues with anything....

'Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. '

'The property has clean, comfortable rooms with full kitchens, including dishes and pots and pans. There is free parking on site. The host was present when we arrived, which was a nice surprise. There is a walking path along the Charles River steps from the hotel. There are numerous restaurants and bodegas nearby, which the host gave us a map to find. Our room was spacious, with desk and dining table. There were smoke detectors and sprinklers. There was a nice fitness room at the end of our hall....
