The Space:

Picture warm Florida sunshine spilling across the water as you step onto your private balcony, coffee in hand, watching the canal ripple below and, if you're lucky, catching a rocket lift off in the distance. This is daily life at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, where your elevated Starboard Elite condo puts the Space Coast right outside your window.



Living space

Inside, you'll find a well-appointed living area designed for both relaxation and togetherness. Natural light fills the room, highlighting comfortable seating and a layout that makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. A dedicated workspace is on hand if you need to check in on things back home, and the TV is ready for lazy afternoons indoors.



Sleeping arrangements

You'll have three bedrooms to spread out across, each furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed and soothing, beach-inspired tones that set the stage for a restful night. Extra pillows, blankets, and bed linens are provided, along with a crib and pack 'n play for the youngest travelers, plus a high chair for mealtimes. A sofa bed in living room is also available.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender at your disposal, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses for whenever you want to sit down to a proper meal. Gather around the dining table, or carry your plate out to the balcony and eat with a view of the resort and canal beyond.



Bathroom

Two full bathrooms keep mornings simple, each with a walk-in shower, hair dryer, and the essentials covered, from shampoo and body soap to fresh towels and cleaning products.



Outdoor & resort amenities

Step outside and you're steps from the water - this is a waterfront property, with direct access to the Banana River, Indian River, and the Intra-Coastal Waterway. Spend your day at the resort pool, unwind in the sauna, or get a workout in at the gym. Beach essentials are provided if you want to head to the sand, and outdoor furniture on your patio or balcony makes it easy to enjoy the Florida air at your own pace. Free parking is available on-site and on the street, and an elevator serves the building for easy access. Self check-in with a smart lock means you can settle in on your own schedule.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!



Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Plenty of parking on property, with Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
