The Space:

Picture two private waterfront townhomes side by side, each with its own entrance, living space, and kitchen, yet connected by an easy walk across the shared courtyard. Tucked inside Cape Crossing Resort & Marina on Merritt Island, this combined retreat gives large groups room to spread out by day and gather together come evening. Sun-warmed pool days, breezy patio evenings, and easy access to the water set the tone for your stay.

Living space

Each townhome opens into its own bright living area with comfortable seating and a TV, making it easy for smaller groups within your party to settle in and relax. Coastal-inspired decor and an open layout carry through both homes, so cooking, dining, and lounging together feel natural whether you're in one unit or moving between both.

Sleeping arrangements

Across the two townhomes you'll find 6 bedrooms and 10 beds in total, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 4 twin beds. Several bedrooms are set up as master suites with private en-suite bathrooms, giving couples or parents a quiet space of their own. A crib and pack 'n play are available for the littlest guests, plus a high chair at mealtime.

Kitchen & dining

Each townhome has its own gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a blender, toaster, and baking sheet. Wine glasses and a dedicated dining table in each home make it simple to sit down together for a home-cooked meal after a day on the water.

Outdoor & resort amenities

Step outside to a private patio or balcony furnished for relaxing, then make your way to the resort's shared pool, tiki bar, and waterfront dining, plus a hot tub, sauna, and gym onsite. Beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear are provided for trips to the sand, and a private dock gives you access to the Indian and Banana Rivers for boating and fishing right from your stay.

Free parking is available in the garage and on the street, and self check-in with a smart lock means you can settle in on your own schedule. Plenty of space for on site parking at units plus a one-car garage in each townhome. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)
