In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, at the foot of the lake and the port of Mesnil-Saint-Père, just 25 minutes from Troyes, come discover this bright, single-story house featuring a soothing decor in natural tones. You’ll appreciate the quiet neighborhood, as the cottage is located on a cul-de-sac, yet you’ll be close to restaurants and a bakery. You’ll have access to a living area with a dining nook, a living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living area, a bathroom (with an extra-flat shower tray and sink), and a separate toilet. For sleeping arrangements, there are 3 double bedrooms (140x190 beds). Outside, you’ll enjoy an enclosed garden with a patio (garden furniture, grill, and umbrella) and lounge chairs, as well as a large yard with space to park several vehicles and trailers for your boats. Heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay. Bath towels, bed linens, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost.
