While the beds appeared to be made upon arrival, the sheets were clearly not clean—there was visible lipstick smeared on them, which was very concerning. 'We stayed there for one night when we visited San Antonio. The staff was real nice. The room was fairly clean although it had a slight odor probably because of the AC. Breakfast contained boiled eggs, bagels, donuts and cereals, so was quite filling. Downtown San Antonio was less than half an hour so we could visit the Tower of the Americas at night without any problems and then came back by midnight to rest. Overall, would recommend the place for family stay. Not a high end hotel but definitely...

'Poor quality hotel. The review/scores on hotels.com mentioning a 9+ score are probably produced during long times ago, or fake log-ins. We paid 160$ a night for a studio queen plus sleeping sofa. -Upon arrival there was a bad smell in the room (probably still there from cooking by previous occupants; - the sofa bed was the worst we ever experienced, consisting of a metal frame with a 3 inch mattress totally worn down. It resulted in even our child (28KG) having back pain after a night sleep; -...
