'The hotel is pretty new and clean, and our room was clean as well. Access is confusing, as the hotel is situated in a shopping center and there was no sign we could see. Food was our only negative. Better eat before you arrive. We tried to call the Overland restaurant on the top floor to get dinner, but they would not answer the phone. Tried multiple times and their website says reservations suggested. You can’t make a reservation when they won’t answer the phone! The other closest restaurant...

'Clean room. The A/C does not keep up. I called asking if it would cool down. She said when it's above 90 outside, the a/c simply just can't keep up. We had it set as low as we could and the room wouldn't get cooler than 75. The woman who checked us in didn't make much eye contact, spoke so quietly and mumbled. Also, she didn't seem to know much. I asked when the pool closed and she said "I don't know, 8 or 9." It turns out its open until 10. I do like the layout of the hotel. It's unfortunate...

'The property was very. The staff treats you like you are their own family. Maintenance crews are always on standby to fix whatever may come of a problem. The elevator quit while I was there and within a few hours they had it up and running again.'

'Nette accommodatie met grote kamers Mooi zwembad Keuken maar open tot19 uur, wat veel te vroeg is Kamers die aan de grote weg liggen zijn veel te luid. Je voelt het soms trillen van zwaar vervoer.'
