'My wife and I stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied. We didn’t make use of the amenities so I am not able to comment on them. The term “Resort” is a little misleading however as for hotel accommodation, it is good. While a little dated, the Methven Resort has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. 'Matig motel, wel veel ruimte, maar gedateerde inrichting en niet goed onderhouden. Wel redelijk schoon, maar niet verzorgd, onpersoonlijk.'

'Although the carpet was somewhat stained, the room itself was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. Even though the washrooms were shared, they were absolutely well maintained.'

'The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look. There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more.
