Zeer nette en schone kamer op een uitstekende locatie ! Wel erg gehorig. Wel netjes dat er oordopjes op de kamer waren.

After a great stay at LUMA Hotel in New York, we were curious to see how the San Francisco version compared — and it did not disappoint. The hotel has the same modern look and feel and is in a pleasant, easily accessible location. We received a warm welcome and were given a spacious, clean room on the 12th floor with lovely views over the city and Mission Creek. Centrale locatie. Heerlijke kussens. Gratis water en tussen 17 en 18 een gratis wijnuur.

Comfortable beds and pillows! All very clean, complimentary coffee, tea, water, cookies and apples, lovely staff, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Close to everything, great place to use as base to discover San Francisco. Definitely recommendation and will be back next time!

Great hotel, perfect and safe location.

Vanaf het allereerste begin heel attent en service gericht personeel - zowel de hotelmanager als de receptioniste, de barman en zelfs de kamermeisjes. Wij gaan zeker terug!

What a fantastic, stylefull hotel this is. Personnel, rooms, breakfast, salon with complementary coffee, tea and wine. We loved it.

Fijn en sgeervol hotel met goed Amerikaans ontbijt. T centrum is makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.

Perfect location, close to nice restaurants, local vibe, nice staff!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf hier gehad. Waren op een rondreis, dus leven uit een koffer. Hierom hadden we een wat grotere kamer geboekt om de spullen makkelijk kwijt te kunnen. Vriendelijk personeel bij inchecken, niet moeilijk en snel. Badjassen, slippers en een waterkoker waren op aanvraag beschikbaar en snel geleverd. Mooie en vooral schone kamer. De douchegel die aanwezig was is zoooo lekker. Alleen daarvoor zou ik al terug gaan ;).
