The hotel upon arrival looked a little worn and dated. I took a junior suite and the floor looked old, dirty and when i opened the door to the room it was clean, but very bland empty, and the airco didnt work. There was also a lot of noises I went downstairs and immediately they helped to get another room on higher flloor which was nice - but it wasn't the suite - i let it go after the 20 hr journey I stayed 5 nights and even for laundry the housekeeping didnt pick up, once they left it there as i had no credit open so i said ill pay and they did one laundry for me as if i was going to run away The towels werent clean always, the housekeeping and room service never answered the phone i am usually easy going but these things for this hotel had to be pointed out, then on check out i asked for the refund for not staying in the suite - they said call expedia yourself, which i still have to do i booked now in another hotel twice the price i would have liked - for 200 euros a night you'd expect much better the only POSITIVE i can say about this hotel, was the brekafast staff, absolute gems and the old guy who works as the bell boy staff - they took proper care and atleast the mornings went well the rooms are clean enough but defintiely not a 4 star hotel thanks v

If you choose to stay at this hotel make sure they explain the free drink coupons they offer when you opt out of the daily room cleaning. We were not made aware of the coupons that house keeping staff left on your door tag until we ordered our free drinks. That’s when we were told that we should have given the coupons for each day we opted out of daily room cleaning, at this point we should have already received a total of 4 coupons. Sergio from room service was very friendly and gave us the free drinks without the coupons, next day I was referred to Beatrice (manager) and told us that this promotion should’ve been explained to us when we checked in. She was ver friendly and gave us all the coupons we didn’t receive. Also they give you 2 complimentary waters each day you stay, when we called for them on the days that we didn’t get our room cleaned the receptionist that answered the phone told us that we were only allowed the complimentary waters the first day, and that each day after that we had to pay for them. This is the reason I gave the hotel a 4 star overall rating . Staff communicating promotions and/or daily offers was off point!

Todo el personal es muy atento, el desayuno buffete es muy rico, la habitación perfecta y renovaron el gym 😍 Podrían agregar mobiliario a la zona de la alberca pero en general para mí es el mejor hotel de Zona Rosa.

De los 4 días que estuve solo 2 llevaron el agua embotellada de cortesía. La luz del baño es terrible para poder maquillarse. El espejo de doble vista ayuda pero la luz es pésima. Todos los jabones son líquidos y si uno no lleva su propia esponja o tiene que ir a comprar una o simplemente no se puede bañar bien.

The staff was VERY unfriendly and wasn’t helpful. My stay there was horrible and I wouldn’t stay there again. I had an issue instead of the manager asking what the issue was or asked to assist. She brush me off and told her co worker to have me wait for the other manager which was in a meeting at the time. I stood around for 15 mins and the “other manager still didn’t come. I got so frustrated I left and and when I was saw housekeeping I asked them for the toilets and have them changed my dirty sheets

The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially all of the concierge’s, who couldn’t do enough to help you. The reception staff were also very quick and helpful in sorting out a problem with our room. The hotel is very close to a fun and vibrant area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants, which was great. However, the hotel is next door to a disco, which is VERY loud and goes on until the early hours (4.00). Beware if you are a light sleeper.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night, and I've never seen a hotel in worse shape than this one: - Black mold in livingroom/bedroom that caused my wife and I to have respiratory issues - Bedroom lights flash all night when turned off (we have a video) - No shampoo - Unfinished paint - Peeling paint - Cuts and pen markings on furniture - Used cup coasters left in room - Poorly designed bathroom door that wouldn't close all the way The night that we stayed we called the front desk to complain, but it was very late so we didn't switch rooms. The next day at checkout we spoke to the manager, showed him pictures of everything mentioned above and the video of the bedroom lights flashing. The manager didn't seem surprised at all, gave us a complaint form and said that someone would reach out to us to give us a refund. Noone ever contacted us and the property didn't respond to any of our attempts to contact them (email, call, Expedia also emailed and called). In short, we were not refunded anything for the horrible stay. The property as a whole is also dirty, unmaintained, and poorly lit. Do not stay here! The pictures they use must be many many years old, it's not as advertised. Instead I'd suggest finding a boutique hotel where you can get a nicer room for less money!

Checked in our bags early 6:00am,which was great. The front staff told us they could do an early check in and to come back at 11:00am. When we got back, there was nothing available and were told to come back at 12:00pm. Once we did. They told us to come back in 30 min. We decided to wait till 1:00pm to make sure we gave them enough time. But nope, they told us to check at 2:00pm. We waited until 2:50 to try to check in and they told us to wait a couple minutes. Finally at 2:58pm we were allowed to check in to our room. A whole half day passed by and we weren’t allowed to check in. This could have all been avoided if they just told us to come check in at normal time which is 3:00pm. To top it off, our room had recent water damage on the floor and the wood panels were warped and uneven. They were painting a room on the same floor which caused us to get headaches from the paint smell.

La politique de check-in à 18h devrait être publiée; nous nous sommes retrouvés sans hotel au milieu de la nuit alors que nous avions acheté un forfait vol-hotel. Nos chambres avaient été revendues. Ne prenez pas une chambre avec balcon: c’est le cote bruyant des bars. Les chambres supérieures regulieres sont plus confortable.

Location is good. The hotel appeared to be nice- but the room needed help. Balcony door- broken, fridge door- broken, shower door- leaked and flooded the bathroom even though the shower had very little water pressure. AC didn’t work- Beds- SMALL, requested towels since we had 4 people in a family room- never received them…. access to the pool non existent because they host parties for outside events leaving hotel guests without access. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time at the actual hotel- but wouldn’t stay again if we return to Mexico City

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí, em esta ocasión fuimos a un concierto en el Metropolitan, queda muy cerca. La habitacion es espaciosa, bien equipada, la vista se ve el angel de perfil. El personal muy amable, te guardan tus cosas antes del check in y despues del check out. La zona es muy segura, y con mucha vida a todas horas, encuentras lugares para comer a toda hora, tiendas 24h, nuestro lugar favorita para hospedarnos cuando vamos a conciertos

We stayed at NH Reforma for a long weekend to celebrate a bachelors party. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole stay. The hotels location was central in the city which made exploring by walking or Uber super easy. The room itself was clean and modern. I’d absolutely stay again!
