Nuevo Polanco is a modern and upscale neighborhood located in Mexico City, the capital of Mexico. It is situated in the Miguel Hidalgo borough, adjacent to the renowned Polanco neighborhood. Nuevo Polanco has rapidly transformed from an industrial area into a vibrant mixed-use district, combining residential, commercial, and cultural spaces.

One of the most distinctive features of Nuevo Polanco is its modern architecture. The area is known for its sleek, high-rise buildings that house luxury apartments, offices, hotels, and retail spaces. These buildings often boast contemporary designs and offer panoramic views of the city.

The neighborhood offers a range of high-end shopping and dining options. Antara Fashion Hall, a stylish shopping center, features luxury brands, trendy boutiques, and gourmet restaurants. Upon arrival, guests are requested to show their ID to our security team for identity verification. Once their identity has been validated, guests will be granted access to the apartment building. To enter the apartment itself, guests will receive a unique access code via Airbnb, which they can enter into the keyless key pad located near the apartment door. After inputting the code, guests simply press the "Enter" or "Confirm" button at the bottom of the key pad to unlock the door and gain entry.

Guests staying in our apartment have the advantage of being within walking distance to numerous attractions in the vibrant area of Polanco. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and landmarks nearby that can be easily explored on foot. However, for those who wish to venture further or explore areas outside of Polanco, we highly recommend utilizing Uber as the preferred method of transportation. Uber offers a recommended and hassle-free transport option for our guests to make the most of their time in Mexico City.

Perfect stay

I liked the apartment, very clean, has everything and stylish. It's just a little bit cold now at nights, so I'd love to have a heater. And its a building construction nearby, so sometimes it's noisy at day time
