Before confirming your reservation, please:



1. Select the correct number of guests, as the rate varies based on occupancy.

2. Submit a valid ID for all guests, including children and the person who made the reservation.

3. By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted our house rules and cancellation policy.



We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.



Other Things to Note:

* Once a reservation has been confirmed, the number of guests, length of stay, and reservation dates cannot be reduced or changed.



* Air conditioning and heating are not commonly used in Mexico City. We recommend checking the weather forecast before your trip and packing accordingly.



* Mexico City has experienced occasional water supply interruptions in some areas. In the event of a temporary disruption, we will monitor the situation closely and assist you as needed.



**Towels:** We provide one towel per guest per stay. Most of our apartments include a washer and dryer or are conveniently located near a laundromat.



Please note that towels with permanent stains or damage will incur a replacement fee. To help prevent this, you will find towels labeled **"Makeup"**, which are intended for makeup removal or products that may cause stains.



**Security Deposit:**

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This is **not a charge** and will be automatically released after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the house rules.



The process is secure and handled through a specialized platform to protect your information. We will send you detailed instructions after your reservation is confirmed.



*Parking

Whether on the property or on public streets, is entirely at the guest's own risk and responsibility. The accommodation is not liable for theft, damage, or any other incident involving vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



🚨 Important: Access to the apartment is by key handover.

Although the apartment door has a digital lock, it will be necessary to coordinate the key handover, as you will also need the keys to access the building. If the key is lost, a $500MXN replacement fee will be charged.



🔺 If you need the keys to be delivered before 9:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee of MXN $500 will apply.
