The Space:

Whether you seek complete privacy or wish to spend quality time together, the houses are conveniently connected by a door, offering you the best of both worlds.



The upper house features four full bathrooms, ensuring everyone has ample space to refresh and rejuvenate. Meanwhile, the ground floor house offers three and a half bathrooms for your convenience.



Indulge in the joys of outdoor living with three inviting patios, perfect for lounging, dining, or simply basking in the Mexican sunshine. Unwind and relax from the balcony attached to the master bedroom, or have lunch in the kitchen's terrace to change the scenery.



With its spacious layout and thoughtful design, our villa can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests, making it an ideal choice for large groups or family reunions.



Ground floor house: 5 bedrooms (3 king, 1 queen, 1 full), 2 patios, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room, laundry room, living room, parking for 2 cars or small vans.



Top floor house: 5 bedrooms (2 king, 1 with 2 queen, 2 full), rooftop patio, terrace, balcony, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room, laundry room and living room.



We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.



Guest Access:

Enjoy the city like a local with our signature hospitality and help of a full in-team including a dedicated concierge. If you need reservations at some of the top restaurants, some help finding a tour guide, advice on what markets to visit or any other insider knowledge, we are here to help.



IMPORTANT NOTE:

Every Tuesday afternoon, a trusted person will briefly enter the property to water the plants and do garden maintenance between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.



The visit is very short, and your presence at the property is not required.

We greatly appreciate your understanding.



The Neighborhood:

Polanco, centrally located very close to means of transport and main avenues such as Homer and Masaryk, ideal for shopping, walking and eating in one of our recommendations.



Getting Around:

Apps like Uber and Didi.

Metro Polanco three blocks away.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



* Air conditioning and heater(mini split) in the 3 main rooms of the house



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
