Somos viajeros frecuentes razón por la cual doy solo 1 estrella a este hotel… increíble que provenga de una gran Red Hotelera de prestigio Internacional pero este los dejo mal parados en servicios y calidad. Al llegar no fuimos bien recibidos… la mayoría del personal ( por cierto en su mayoría Joven) chateaban por teléfono , hablaban afuera del hotel mientras nos bajamos del taxi con las maletas fueron incapaces de ayudarnos… el recepcionista ( mal educado) con voz ruda nos preguntó Que deseábamos sin siquiera sonreír y darnos una Cordial bienvenida. De manera rápida nos hicieron el check in. La habitación ( pequeñísima) era incómoda y naaaada parecida a la foto que vimos on line! El desayuno: friiio y poco! No te permiten subir a la habitación! La recepción sucia mal oliente sus muebles! En fin! No recomiendo visitar este hotel en la Ciudad de México! Su personal les falta muchísimo Entrenamiento en Relaciones interpersonales Etiqueta y Protocolo!

Bad experience. I had my reservation and they did not have a room for me. My plane landed at 10 pm and I arrived to the hotel at 12 because I had to stop to pick up a car at ACE, and when I arrived they welcomed me with the SURPRISE that they had no rooms available. So at 12 am I needed to start looking for a place to spend the night. Thank you Marriot.

Batallé horrible con el internet jamás me dieron solución, hablaba y solo me decían que apagarían y prenderían el router para que se reconectara, al último me dieron el nombre de otro huésped y su número de habitación para conectarme, pues no podía ir un técnico por una u otra cuestión , me estuvieron prometiendo mandar al técnico, jamás lo mandaron en 3 días!

hice una solicitud de piso alto y lejos de elevadores, me dieron piso bajo y junto a elevadores, ni siquiera hicieron mención respecto a mi solicitud ni mostraron interés en el check in. Usé el valet parking donde me ofrecieron lavado de auto por $150 al cual acepté, nunca lo hicieron, ya una noche antes de mi salida me comentaron "si todavía lo quería" obviamente ya había llevado a lavar el carro. La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear. La habitación tiene muy poco aislante de ruido, se escucha todo afuera (también por eso pedí piso alto, no podía dormir con ruido), avisé que iba de aniversario con mi esposa y tampoco fue mencionado. Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación, del resto es solo un hotel promedio.

A nuestra llegada, que fue más temprano, se negaron a hacer el check in, nos pidieron esperar y que avisarían, jamás lo hicieron, la srita. Que me tomo los datos tenía muy mala actitud, casi grosera. El desayuno incluido es un fraude, de las 6:00 a las 9:00am solamente, después de eso es a la carta o buffet con costo. Es increíble que el hotel no tenga teléfonos en las habitaciones, ni tampoco wifi. Está muy bien ubicado para lo que vinimos y a excepcion de la recepcionista los demás del personal fueron muy amables.

Malas intalaciones. Se escucha el ruido de los elevadores en las habitaciones. Almohadas incomodas y camas duras. Desayuno super mal servicio, hay un solo mesero atendiedo a todas la mesea. la calidad del menu a la carta es malo.
