You are just a couple of blocks from the Centennial Garden, Frida Kahlo's Blue House and the incredible gastronomic offer of the most bohemian neighborhood in the city.

Your private space
With a separate entrance and garage for 1 car if you need it, this loft was designed to give you total privacy and security without losing the warmth of a Mexican home. As you go up the stairs you are greeted by a living room full of light thanks to its glass roof with more than 3 meters high, to enjoy the view of the tall and old trees of Coyoacan from two super comfortable armchairs that rotate 360°, two butterfly chairs and a 60" Smart TV for your movie nights.

Cooking for foodies
Although Coyoacan will tempt you with its markets, cafes and restaurants, you will have a spacious and fully equipped kitchen for that morning coffee, snacks or enjoy a delicious dinner. It has a refrigerator and freezer, French press, grinder, complete dishes, pans and all the necessary utensils. The idea is that you enjoy the gastronomy of the area but have the freedom to prepare something whenever you want.

Guaranteed rest
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and direct access to your private terrace of 50m², the other room is ideal for 2 people (adults or children), with two single beds that can be joined to form a King size bed, both bedrooms with blackout curtains to sleep in, cell phone chargers and furniture for your belongings.

Full bathroom with nature
The shower is under a dome that fills it with natural light and connects you with the trees in the area while you bathe, in addition to having an outdoor 1/2 bathroom, making the space more comfortable when you are 4 people, we are also eco-friendly, because the water is heated with solar energy.

The terrace
A private oasis of 50m² just for you, spectacular and totally private to have breakfast outdoors surrounded by trees, work accompanied by local nature, read, listen to music, rest, schedule a massage or one of our cultural experiences or simply sunbathe. It is the perfect spot after a day exploring Coyoacan.

Location is everything and even better, if you can enjoy it on foot.
