Located on the third floor of the apartment complex, you may expect silence peace and quiet, while maintaining a close distance to all Restaruants, Bars, Cafes and Art Galeries.

Our suite has 24 square meters, with a full private bathroom, its ideal for long term stays.

Guest Access:
Your suite is 100% private, and you may use the shared amenities beeing the loundry room and roof garden.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the art of the iconic colonia Condesa you may find the best restaurants, bars, cafes and art galeries at a walking distance.

Our apartment complex its located in the quieter part of condesa you may expect silence and a great night sleep.

Getting Around:
We do recommend moving by foot, bike, scooter or uber the distances usualy are short because of our centric location

We have a minisplit airconditioner and high speed wifi
