The Space
The main spaces of the 130 m² (1,400 sq ft) 2nd and 3rd floor condos include:

Comfortable sofas and armchairs face a wall-mounted Smart TV, creating the perfect spot for good conversations and planning your day with the group. Each living room also offers direct access to a private balcony

For remote workers or students, each unit includes a desk and chair, ideal for getting things done on your laptop.

Well-equipped kitchens make it easy to prepare any meal of the day, complete with handy extras like a coffee maker to kickstart your morning and a blender for afternoon mixers.

Each unit features a stylish dining table that comfortably seats 8, perfect for sit-down meals with the group.

A washer and dryer are included in each unit.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Both units feature 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests each:
Bedroom 1: Unit 202 has a king bed; Unit 301 has a queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two single beds
Bedroom 3: One double bed

Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

La Roma is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood located in the heart of Mexico City. It’s part of the Cuauhtémoc borough and is known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city`s elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife.

The property is approximately 11 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It`s generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
-The property is not pet friendly.
- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
- Guests must climb stairs.
- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.
- The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high)
