The kitchen has everything you need cook. You can use the washer and dryer if needed. The house has a beautiful terrace perfect for having a glass of wine or a beer on a warm day or for catching up on emails. You can also sit back in the living room and enjoy a movie.

The house is located in a beautiful street, close to everything: libraries, subway & metrobus station, parks & cafés. A couple of blocks from the best nightlife spots and the best restaurants in the City.



You will find metro and metrobus stations and ecobici (bike sharing) stations a few blocks away from the house.

Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



In addition, at the moment there is construction near the house and there will be noise during working hours. We ask for your understanding about this situation.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy and art! We will give you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most visited neighborhoods in the city.



In addition, we will be available for anything our guests need :). Our schedules available online from 9am to 10pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
