'I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical...

'Loved this place. So quiet at night. Comfortable big bed. Spotless room. Super shower and bathroom. Friendly little family team.
