'Super mooi huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fantastische omgeving. Wat misschien duidelijker vermeld kan worden is dat er in het huis zelf 2 slaapkamers zijn en dat de derde slaapkamer zich aan de buitenzijde bevind in een soort pipowagen, wel super leuk ingericht!! Complimenten voor het totaal plaatje.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottage in Burton on the Water! It's beautifully located in a quiet area of the village, but very close to the centre with all the shops and restaurants. A perfect spot to explore the Cotswolds, with beautiful walks, but also a really nice cottage to sit back and relax, catch up on reading and sleeping after busy times. Dawn was very kind and made sure everything was perfect. We hope to be able to come back!'

'The Exchange Cottage is a fabulous little gem. Was ideally situated for my day trips I had planned. Northleach is a nice little town, a couple of nice pubs, a lovely cafe & some nice independent shops. Definitely will be back.'

'This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. Great communication from start to finish with a super friendly and helpful person! A great central location on a safe road with registered parking, plenty of things...

'My overall experience was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. I would definitely recommend this place for a single or a couple.'

'We have had a perfect stay. Sean really offers a home away from home. The house is really nice and just minutes away from the centre of lovely Painswick. The groceries that can be used help to make you feel very welcome. Furthermore the EV charger was a big plus for us as well. Can not think of a nicer place to stay and would recommend it to anyone.'

'Great position with lovely views. It was perfect for our family gathering with plenty of space. Really good communication with the owner. The approach is incredibly steep it was much better arriving from the top of the hill downwards. Great outside space would be lovely in the summer.'

'My family of 4 adults stayed here. It did not disappoint! Tim & Victoria are perfect hosts and the communication is great. They provide a lot of useful info to plan and stay at their home.. even have an app & book. Although they tried very hard to explain where to park to drop off our things, we failed...but it's ok. Once you found the home, it was easy after that. They left many goodies to enjoy. Thank you! Their kitchen is well-stocked and has a Nespresso machine with a milk frother. I loved...

'Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions.'

'Large roomy well equiped apartment with separate bedroom ( but not with a closing door ),fantastic shower, we had room 9 which was downstairs and had beautiful bay windows with a lovely hillside view , easy onsite parking , loved the dishwasher but missed having a washing machine and oven, initially we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness ( fluff and balls and dust in corners of the bathroom and dropped food under dining table ) a quick clean and all was good '

'Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. '

'There were ten of us (6 adults and 4 children) and we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend together. There was plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms and everything one would expect to find in a property of this size. The outdoor games, the pool and the indoor games room were all great favourites with the children.'

'Locatie is over het algemeen goed, Cheltenham en Gloucester zijn niet ver weg. Via Painswick is Stroud ook snel te bereiken. Zeer ruime parkeermogelijkheden. Hotel heeft een luxe uitstraling en een fantastisch ontbijtbuffet.'

'Mooie locatie, volledig afgewerkt hotel waar echt over nagedacht is. Van alle voorzieningen voorzien waarvan je in een vakantie slechts enkele zult gebruiken. Uitzicht op het meer is prachtig bij zonsopkomst. Lekker in de natuur en een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de cotswolds. '
