Onze volledig aanbevolen suites met één slaapkamer / één badkamer zijn perfect voor u. Het Hollywood / Hallandale BWMiami Resort beschikt over moderne Italiaanse meubels, kamerhoge ramen, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een wasmachine / droger, een ruime woonkamer en een grote slaapkamer. Het heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de Intracoastal Waterway of de skyline van het centrum. Na uw lange dag kunt u terugkeren naar het kingsize bed van de luxueuze ouderslaapkamer, waar u rustig kunt uitrusten op een kingsize bed. Er is ook een extra slaapplaats in de sofa voor een extra gast.

We willen dat je de beste tijd hebt tijdens je vakantie, dus we hebben elk detail behandeld; de kamer is volledig uitgerust met handdoeken en lakens. Neem gewoon je badpak mee en vergeet al het andere.

Property Met Basic Needs but Elevator Issue is Problematic
The property met our basic needs. Location is great, it was clean, and is documented accurately. Staff was great. Unfortunately there are only two elevators serving the building. The unit is on the 16th floor and the delays were dreadful. So much so that we walked down the 16 flights on three occasions and I even walked up the 16 flights on two occasions. This was unfortunate because as I stated, the unit met our general needs but my wife and I agreed that the elevator issue is simply not one to be ignored.

Positives: friendly staff, nice pool Negatives: as others reviews stated our unit was dirty, not cleaned well. In addition, shower had lots of mold and bathroom smelled. The carpet, couch and even counter tops were stained. The building is 7 years old but wear and tear has taken its toll. If you read any review on this place you know the elevators are a disaster. Often have to wait 10-15 minutes for one. i often walked up to our 16th floor. Our TV constantly blinked on and off. Bottom line. This place was a big disappointment. Would NOT stay hear again.

No at all what we expected
This property is advertised as a “brand new luxury” condo. The condo is several years old and can only be described as a basic condo but definitely not a luxury place. The kitchen is stated as fully equipped but again it was very basic. There were a number of items absent including frying pans, baking dishes, food preparation knives, dish drying towels, a plug for the sink drain (and the bath tub) so no way to fill either and the smoke detectors were not installed (just wires with their connectors protruding from the wall base). The property manager was contacted and they worked to correct these issues overa couple of days. During the 18 day stay the toilet continued to run after being flushed and the living room TV started flickering off and on. These issues were not addressed over the course of 6 or 7 days even after several requests and promises were made. The pool is not as pictured with the comfy pool loungers not existing. The Hallandale Beach access at the sister property is misleading. Nowhere in the amenities does it mention the cost to rent beach chairs with the beach beds running $100/day. The only thing that was accurate was the shuttle services which were a great feature. The views are pretty impressive of the inter coastal waterway but this condo is north facing so no sun and is subject to the noise of Hallandale Blvd which shouldn’t be understated! Bottom line...this condo is probably ok for short term 2-3 day stays where you’re probably going to eat most meals out but I wouldn’t stay here for longer periods. If you’re going to stay in this area check out Hollywood Beach just north of Hallandale and try to get a place close to the boardwalk. Great beach and fun area.

Great Location - Bathroom is not too clean
The condo is at a great location. The rental company lady Michelle was very responsive. Check in was easy. Nice view Bathroom needs to be cleaned better. It seemed like house keeper only quickly rinse the area. The tub was slippery with soap. The showe wall fruit has some dark spot. Too bad! It is a nice property. If cleaning job include some deep disinfection work, ...it would have us to come back Giving 3 stars because of the dirty bathroom.

Wonderful!
Very nice 1 bedroom condo right on the intracostal. Beautiful view. Friendly and helpful staff at the building. Condo pictures match what the rooms look like. Easy, free shuttle to beach, mall and Hollywood boardwalk. Nice pool right on the intracostal with pool towels provided. We had one cleaning issue when we arrived and Angel quickly took care of it. Note that there are no washcloths, and only 1 roll of paper towels and toilet paper. Luckily there is a Walmart across the street with easy walkway access. We would definitely stay here again!!
