The room and beds are very clean. Parking spots and the neighborhood are good. Although this hotel doesn’t have any restaurant inside, just a Starbucks coffee shop with Starbucks breakfast menu. They advertised having a heated pool although it was not working. One elevator was under repair and with the holiday season crowd in Aventura, Fl the waiting time for elevator was long. In general it is a good hotel and we had a relaxing family trip.

Very disappointed with my stay.
I reserved a king size mattress in the room and they put me in a double bed room., After showing them my email that showed I reserved a king size mattress in the room they told me there was nothing they could do.I was disappointed that I didn't get to have what I paid for.They said it was the third party fault.
