Dit is een schoon, modern, charmant, prachtig ingericht, onlangs gerenoveerd appartement. Het beschikt over een gloednieuwe keuken en badkamer, automatische garagedeur. Op steenworp afstand van winkels, historische Calle 8, sigarenwinkels, domino-park, restaurants, bedrijven, live muziek. Op loopafstand van het Marlins Park. Het slaapt comfortabel 6 mensen; 1 queensize bed, 1 comfortabele slaapbank en 1 stapelbed (2 twins). Achterin heb je Retreat in the city met een houten terras, schommelstoel, lounge chiars, etc. Het heeft ook een wasruimte met 2 wasmachines, w 2 drogers en een wastafel.

Perfect weekend

We loved our stay. It is so close to the restaurants in Little Havana. We had no trouble getting Lyfts to other places and even rode our bikes to the apartment. Maria was so kind and responded immediately to us. We ate breakfast on the back porch each morning with the eggs and bread she left for us in the fridge.

Excellent place to stay

The host is amazing.. not only was the check in process easy the place was very clean and air conditioner so so cold I could barely stand it. Mrs Maria was kind enough to stock everything that I could possibly need while staying there. Toiletries, staple food items and someone on site most of the time incase I needed anything. She was very responsive. Everything I needed was within walking distance . Little Havana is. Jewel .. The place was safe and secure and my family and I would definitely stay here again ..

omg!!! this place is so great!!! our original place fell through and we were able to book this right away!!! so beautiful, so clean, so well stocked and she even had bread, eggs, butter and oj in the frige waiting for us. do not pass this up!!!

The location is close to good restaurants and grocery stores. The place is suitable for a family and the owner is really sweet and helpful. It’s a noisy area and there is no sound proofing so remember to bring ear plugs.

Maria Ines is the sweetest, most friendly host you could ever have. She greeted us when we arrived and even provided us with some water bottles, coffee and some food for us to use at no cost. She made herself available and responded to my messages promptly. I loved staying there. Highly recommend.

Ok house for 1 or 2 nights. The cleanliness needs to be improved a lot, especially the floor and bathroom and the appartment needs better ventilation. The owner is very nice.

Non abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento assegnato per un problema di tubature, ma abbiamo soggiornato presso il complesso Vivian, L'appartamento molto spazioso, con 2 camere da letto, un bagno e un ampia cucina soggiorno posto auto. Comodo al centro e ai negozi in un contesto tranquillo. Dotata di tutte le attrezzature necessarie in cucina. Ci tornerei volentieri. Grazie per l'ospitalità.

Great location!

This was a nice place to stay to wander Little Havana as it was only two blocks from the main street. There was always an Uber nearby when we needed it and we weren't far from public transportation. There are a lot of great food and delivery options nearby, but the nearest grocery is a little bit of a hike depending on your mobility. Everything in the unit worked well and it was nice to have separate cooling units for each room. The unit seemed like it was just a little musty and the floor was dirty, both made me think that it just had been closed up for a while. Other than a few minor touches that the unit could use such as a mirror in the bedrooms, a toilet paper holder, a shower shelf or organizer, etc., the unit was a great choice and we enjoyed our stay here.

We had a perfect stay the house was right in town and very clean safe neighbourhood there was plenty of towels and blankets everything was clean and fresh. Nicely stocked kitchen with not just utensils but spices and eggs and bread and oil and other necessary food items as well. Everything was excellent had a great stay

Close to where we wanted to be and everything in house that we needed.

We arrived early and Maria stored our bags while we went shopping and moved them into house for us.We had all the things we needed and were happy with the house ,we even had eggs,bread,orange juice and coffee and other condiments supplied.Maria also let us stay past checkout so we didnt have to wait at airport for 6 hours which was a real bonus with a young less than 2 year old boy.Thanks Maria!

The place was as described and we would stay again. Their was plenty of supplies in the kitchen, lots of nice towels, soap in the bathroom and plenty of TP, and the shower head was good and water was hot. The beds were comfortable and the porch with the bistro table off the kitchen was a nice plus.

Great place to stay!

I rented this house with a few friends for a week and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Very convenient location only 20 minutes from Miami Beach and not far from anything else at all. I'd highly recommend it. Maria was very nice and even brought us fresh bread for our last day.
