This was very convenient to everything we wanted to do in Miami. It was our first visit there and could not have been better. Excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Close to parks. Loved that parking was included.

Great Place for a Short Stay.
This Vrbo was in a great location. It's the perfect spot for a weekend get away. The room has a nice view and is as pictured. Keep in mind it is owned privately and is not part of the hotel. You are given enough toiletries, coffee, and towels for a couple of days. You can pay extra if you want more. The laundry facilities are on another floor, are coin operated, and require a key card. The property manager requires a zelle transfer or physical card to run the 2nd half of your payment and is only there from 10am-4pm. You do check in with the front desk but can't give them payment. We had issues (as did our neighbors) with the lock initially. Make sure the door has been locked before attempting to unlock it when entering, or it will lock you out. There is a fan with overhead light pictured but we were told after checking in, they do not work (the fan actually did work for us). The fan is typically a reason we book a space. The wine was a nice touch but bring your own glasses. We would stay here again now that we know what to expect and if it was for a couple of nights rather than 5.

Wonderful condo in the middle of it all
Great communication and a condo where you walk out the door right into the middle of the heart of The Grove. Condo is clean and has a nice Miami vibe to it. Big bathroom and a tub shower ! Bed was so comfy. WiFi was strong. Great views from the window and the pool is gorgeous. Wonderful sunrise and sunset views.

Beautiful stay at the Arya
Wonderful stay at the Arya. Room was beautiful and clean and manager was very responsive. There was some noise at night from hallway but it is a large condo complex. Will definitely stay at Arya again.

Wasn't as advertised
I booked this room because the Marriot biscayne bay property was sold out. I ran across this online and thought it would be a cool place to stay. On the website they had all the amenities you would want in a condo/ hotel room. Some of the amenities listed were pool, spa, restaurant, poolside bar, washer and dryer in the room. Upon arrival we noticed the room was extremely small. No washer and dryer but the room was nice and cozy. When we were ready to lay down I checked the sheets. I found a blood stain on the pillow. I tried to message the contact that I was emailing back and forth prior to check in and let her know the situation. She text and said she couldn't do anything about it until the morning, and for me to look in the closet for sheets. This really upset me but I did look in the closet for sheets and the only sheet in the closet was one flat sheet!! I'm tired and ready to go to bed but NOT on dirty sheets. I called the front desk and the have me the property manager number. I called him at 11:30pm and he did answer and I was thankful for that. After talking to him he said he would move us to another room for the night and they would change the sheets in the morning. The new room we moved to was the room that they actually advertise on the website containing all the amenities. Upon us moving to the temporary room a roach crawled on the desk while on the phone with the property manager. I told him and he still insisted that we check out of the temporary room by 11 and go back to the room that they were gonna clean in the morning. Left with no other options because it was so busy in Miami this weekend and everything was booked..we stayed. The customer service with Miami Vacation rentals is terrible!!! When you own properties that you are gonna rent out or when you own any business you should most definitely know how to treat the customer!!! That money (advised not to put the amount charged)could have went to some other business. No restaurant No poolside bar No brunch by the pool none of the amenities that were falsely advertised were available. Plus bad customer service...DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We would like to clarify that the room you booked (1708-1) does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit, but there are coin-operated laundry facilities available on the 6th floor of the building. We apologize for any confusion regarding this. Additionally, we typically provide extra sheets and keep them in the closet for our guests. However, at the time of your message, our housekeeping team had already left the property, which limited our immediate response. We're glad that we were able to move you to another apartment for the night. While we would have preferred to accommodate you in the same room, our full bookings and upcoming check-in necessitated the change. Nonetheless, we are pleased that we could provide you with fresh sheets the next day. We hope you enjoyed the remainder of your vacation in Miami. Thank you once again for your feedback and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
