The airport shuttle was very convenient. The cruise port shuttle operator, run by an outside company, probably needs customer service training and was not organized at all. We always love the included breakfast buffets and specifically choose Embassy Suites for this. Coffee at this location however was not good. Maybe change to a different brand. Otherwise a quick, but as always, wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Miami!

The staff kept following my family asking did we have a room here. When I asked the front desk why they did that I was told They have a lot of people come to the hotel to eat breakfast and access the pool who don’t have rooms here. I told her it was confrontational for them to do that and all she said was she understands. A staff member also confronted my 11 year old when he was leaving the pool to go inside and asked if he had a key. With all the human trafficking going on in the world today no one should be confronting children in this manner.

The front desk attendant seemed upset to have to check me in. She didn't make eye contact or smile...not even once. I reserved a king suite but was told those weren't available. What's the point of the reservation? $25 self parking cost when you're staying at the property is pretty ridiculous. Bartender is super pleasant and the bar was pretty lively.

The location is great. 15 minute Uber to downtown, to the dolphin mall and all the great spots. The free airport shuttle service is nice. The room is nice and fitted the 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 small kids. The foldout couch was alright for sleeping. The breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options. Definitely would visit again!

My birthday weekend! I stayed the night before my cruise! I enjoyed the cocktail hour and sat by the pool afterwards, everything was peaceful, and the people were welcoming! The breakfast had a wide variety and the omelette station was a plus! And to top it off they had transportation to the port for a reasonable fee!

I booked a vacation package with a red eye flight and when I arrived early morning to my hotel I had to pay an additional fee to check in. It was inconvenient and should have been included in the original pricing. I ran the risk of not even having the room available which if it’s part of the package then it should be.

Bed sheets had holes in them. No refreshments in the fridge. Only two bottled waters for 4.50 each.

Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Room wasn’t ready for over 2 hours. Had to wait in the lobby with bags and all. Front desk staff were Optus about the process. The shuttle to the airport was PACKED. One shuttle for the entire time we waited at the airport. The shuttle driver didn’t wait for anyone to sit. Elderly passengers had no time to sit and a few almost fell down. Not enough seats and everyone was crammed into the shuttle. What’s worse, is he was asking everyone to “not forget to tip the driver”…. Won’t be coming back.
