Mooi en net hotel. Gratis water en koffie in de lobbby vanaf een bepaald uur. Kamers worden tegenwoordig niet meer automatisch schoon gemaakt, alleen op aanvraag. Dit kwamen we al meer keer tegen in Florida… Het ontbijt is beperkt maar acceptabel, maar je moest het met kartonnen bordjes en plastieken bestek doen. Dit kan niet voor een hotel van de Hilton keten. Verder wel tevreden over de ligging, 50m van het strand. Parkeren doe je best in de publieke parking op 10 minuten ( parking G6). Kost je dan maar 8$ per dag. Via het hotel /- 40 $…

Het is voor ons van het grootste belang dat onze gasten toegang hebben tot verfrissende drankjes tijdens hun bezoek - het is fijn om te weten dat u dit op prijs stelt. Verder is de nabijheid van het strand zeker een hoogtepunt van ons eigendom, en we zijn verheugd te horen dat dit aspect naar uw zin was.Het is echter spijtig om te horen over uw opmerkingen met betrekking tot onze huishoudelijke diensten en ontbijtaanbiedingen. We hebben gekozen voor schoonmaakdiensten 'op aanvraag' om prioriteit te geven aan de privacy van gasten en als onderdeel van onze toewijding aan ecologische duurzaamheid. We begrijpen dat dit misschien als een verrassing is gekomen en we verontschuldigen ons als dit tot enig ongemak heeft geleid. We verzekeren u dat ons team altijd tot uw dienst staat om snel en grondig aan alle verzoeken te voldoen.Ons team van Hampton Inn Miami Beach - Mid Beach blijft zich inzetten voor het leveren van een service die past bij de reputatie van het Hilton-merk. The staff was great, our room had a problem with the TV and they fix it as soon as possible. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast was a plus, the parking is 45 dollars, and they take it from the deposit, is very convenient because parking in that area of miami beach is difficult and confusing, locals warned us about fines and tows with the parking rules.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are small. Homeless man shouted all night outside property, we literally got no sleep people stomping on floor above our heads. Thankfully we left the next day. Ideal stay because beach is literally one block over!

The property is nicely located across the beach in Miami Beach, and just a short walk. The hotel was very well decorated and connected to a CVS where we were able to get things that we forgot to pack. We were checked-in by Luz who was amazing, she was extremely helpful. We had booked our reservations via Expedia and we had three rooms. Luz gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby, and took the time to help us get all the information we needed. We will stay at this property again.

My kids really liked the pool. It was larger and deeper than expected. They also liked the make your own waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles for breakfast. Easy walk to the beautiful beach and many very nice restaurants. We had a great time and appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. The only drawback we encountered was on the first day there seemed to be a problem with the towels. They had no pool/beach towels available and we could only get two bath towels for three people. Towels did not seem to be an issue after the first day.

Overall good experience however i was informed that housekeeping will be every other day - that day we went to the beach and were not in the room all day and found out upon arrival to the room that it was not cleaned at all - and we did not have toilet paper or fresh towels. Upon bringing this up to the front desk I was informed that we supposedly denied the cleaning - I was very upset about this and the person behind the desk had a bad attitude about this - ver bad attitude. I believe just because we were checking out next day our room was not clean as we had friends in other two room that were checking out next day as well and their rooms were also not cleaned but they were told that cleaning was not finished yet - even though it was the same time and I was told cleaning crew was already gone. this is horrible practice by this hotel and my room was not cleaned and I was called a liar at the end since the person at the desk told me that I have denied cleaning - how is this possible as I had no clean towels or toilet paper left in the room ? this ruin my overall very good experience with this hotel and I am sure to make others aware of this.

Not a lot of food options around the area. The pizza restaurant in the hotel is yummy. We took the trolley down to south beach to eat every night since it had more options but this hotel is so close to the beach and worth what you pay for

sliding doors for the bathroom and closet were difficult to operate. The personal lock-up vault in the closet was installed in an ackward manner -i.e sideways - that is you had to enter the closet to close/open the vault.
