Dit hoekappartement biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de verbazingwekkende Biscayne Bay, de Miami River en de stad. Grote eenheid die u zal boeien met zijn 2 slaapkamers + 2 badkamers, open leefruimte, kamerhoge ramen en een keuken volledig uitgerust met Italiaanse kasten, marmeren werkbladen, Bosch vaatwasser, premium apparatuur van Wolf & Subzero en full size wasmachine / droger .

Voor uw vermaak beschikt het over drie tv's (in de woonkamer en in elke slaapkamer), met meer dan 200 kanalen, waaronder HBO & Showtime en muziekzenders. Voor de meeste gasten is echt snel internet van het grootste belang en daarom bieden wij u een speciale verbinding met 50Mb (in tegenstelling tot de meeste hotels die tot 5Mb bieden en een gedeelde of "vuile" verbinding).

De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met panoramisch uitzicht op de Miami River en de luxe jachten, inclusief verduisteringsgordijnen en een inloopkast met kluisje en een eigen badkamer met gescheiden bad en douche en twee wastafels. De kamer is voorzien van een dagbed dat kan worden omgezet in queensize. Alle vloeren en werkbladen in marmer. Tweede slaapkamer met queen size bed en uitzicht over de stad, de baai en de rivier, inclusief tv en kast.

De woning omvat alle keukenbenodigdheden, potten en pannen, schalen, glazen en bestek, keukenpapier, afwasmiddel, enz. Onder de elektronica vindt u een broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, mixer, fruitpers, strijkijzer (en strijkplank) en stofzuiger.

We hebben ook twee badjassen - om naar de natte en droge sauna's te gaan - handdoeken, toiletpapier, tissues, zeep, shampoo en conditioner en haarblazer.

Great stay but be ready for a few bumps using facilities

The condo is beautiful, just as shown. The property owner was very responsive. Check-in was smooth, but found out they didn’t have everyone checked in properly on our condo so we had issues accessing the facilities. Don’t assume any of your guest can access the pool or the fitness center.. I would even confirm that people staying with you will all be able to access it. Four of the six elevators were down one day and that was pretty frustrating, but it was only one day. Again, no issues with the property owners or the condo more so issues with the building and access. They’re a little funny about the pool, we were actually at the pool and went to the spa and on the way back the pool had closed and this is at like 12 in the afternoon. So we had to walk all around just to get back to our building.

Space was good. Location was great. A ton of rules you have to follow at the property down to pool towels that seemed a bit extreme. One thing you cannot control was the air conditioning. So I found it to be hot and stuffy, especially when sleeping. When requested twice to lower, they lowered 1 degree. Also, the air will switch off randomly, they said it was because I kept the balcony door open, I didn't; I definitely did not want it hotter in there. But overall, I was there for work, it was close and clean. Location has great views. was

A short stay to end our family vacation

Pros. Since we were traveling as a family of 5, staying here made more sense than a hotel. We loved the location and it was right next door to a park with some amazing food trucks. We visited there daily. The views were beautiful. I felt at home being able to see the sunrise over the water each morning. (That is my daily morning routine). The place was very spacious and looked just like the pictures online. Laundry pods, extra trash bags, n dish soap was available. A welcome bottle of white wine and water were provided. Cons. The sheets on the pullout couch were dirty. Thankfully there were extras in the closet. This isn't a big deal, but I feel cold a lot. The second bedroom could have had a comforter. The bed Only a sheet and thin blanket. A thorough deep cleaning can be done. I'm a little OCD, so this could be a me issue. The floor in the living looked like something was spilled on it. I tried mopping it up but that didn't help. Dust were on vents. Also there was a stain on the extra bedding To most these may not be a big issue. This i don't believe is the host fault. But the check-in was a little frustrating. VRBO sent emails to make the check-in easier. I replied with all the details, however when we arrived we had to do everything again. It would be nice if both parties had a better communication process. Would I stay here again??? YES!!! The pros really outweighed the cons

Gorgeous property and views. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. The check-in process was a little intense and slightly confusing but the place itself was beautiful and clean. We also had one day of nice weather and the pool was amazing!

High Rise Views!

This unit/property was beautiful! Amazing views. Property Manager was an excellent communicator and very accomodating. This was our first time in the Brickell area and was elated to be in walking distance of fine restaurants, shopping mall. Pool was unmatched! Concert venue was very close. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Check-in unwelcoming by building staff. Owners rent out condo and building staff despise it. You feel it the entire time you step foot onto property. Not condo staff fault. The condos staff are great communicators, polite, helpful and courteous as they know what your about to encounter when you walk on property, That treatment was shocking yet we ignored it as you can too. Condo is worth it! Prepare to pay $45 a day for parking (no in/out and it’s chaotic all day/night). Jet bathtub doesn’t work. BOOK NOW🙏

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this property! The location is ideal - lots of great restaurants and night life but still close to the beach. The views were spectacular from the the room and we loved the corner location (it protected us from a lot of noise). The check in process was fairly simple and the staff very helpful. This is such a beautiful property, in the heart of the financial sector. The views are breath taking, which match the beautiful furnished condo. We loved the pool, gym, spa, and the fact that it was close to the metro rail made it even better! I highly recommend this property to you. Oh I was even able to order groceries before I arrived, and management put them in the kitchen for me. How awesome is that!!!!
