The Space:

Set on the 8th floor of a 40-story residential building, this 597 square foot apartment offers a clean, modern layout with an easy, at-home feel. It's a great fit for guests who want a central stay near downtown attractions, reliable WiFi for remote work, and flexible sleeping space for small groups or families.



Living Area

The main living room is bright and practical, with a queen sofa bed that adds comfortable extra sleeping space. It's an easy spot to relax between plans, whether you're streaming, reading, or gathering after a day at Kaseya Center, Pérez Art Museum, or Frost Science Museum. The open layout keeps the space connected without feeling crowded.



Kitchen and Dining

The full kitchen gives you the convenience of preparing simple meals, coffee, snacks, or reheating takeout at home. The dining area sits nearby, creating a natural place to eat, catch up, or set up a laptop when needed. And if you need to grab a quick snack or everyday essential without leaving the building, The Small Market on the 2nd floor (next to bike storage) is open as a self-service convenience stop. Just scan your items and pay at the register before leaving.



Bedroom and Den

The bedroom includes a queen bed and is arranged for restful downtime after a full day in the city. The den adds flexibility to the layout, featuring a twin-size futon/sofa bed that works well as a private sleeping nook for one guest or a quiet spot for reading and working.

Total capacity: up to 5 guests. Please note that the den bed is twin-sized and best suited for a single sleeper, such as a child or solo traveler. Groups of 5 should keep this in mind when booking.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms offer added convenience for groups. The main bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower, making mornings and evenings smoother when traveling with family or friends.



Balcony

Step out onto the private balcony for a breath of fresh air and a quiet pause above the city.



Building Amenity: The Small Market (2nd Floor)

The building features a self-service market located on the 2nd floor, next to the bike storage area. It's stocked with snacks, beverages, and everyday essentials, handy for early mornings, late nights, or whenever you'd rather not head out. The market is monitored by security cameras around the clock. To purchase, select your items, scan them at the register, and complete payment before exiting. All transactions are monitored, and removal of merchandise without payment may result in suspension of building privileges, additional penalties, or referral to law enforcement.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the communal amenities at the complex.



The Neighborhood:

This central downtown area works well for guests who want dining, entertainment, and culture close by. Kaseya Center, Pérez Art Museum, and Frost Science Museum are nearby, with shops, waterfront walks, and city attractions within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Miami International Airport, MIA, is about 7 miles away, and driving time varies by time of day. Onsite parking isn’t available, but 24 hour third party valet is offered for a fee. Transit, rideshare, dining, museums, and Kaseya Center are nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Packages are delivered to the parcel area on the 3rd floor. Once a package arrives, we will receive a notification and provide you with the access code to retrieve it. Please let us know as soon as you receive the delivery notification so we can share the code with you.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Self check-in is completed using a secure door code provided before arrival.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Valet parking is available 24/7 through a third-party provider for an additional fee and must be paid directly to the valet company.

- Parking rates are set by the valet operator and may change without prior notice.

- Shared building amenities, including the pool and fitness center, may have operating hours and rules set by the building management.

- Guests are expected to follow all building policies and community guidelines during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required after checkout.

- Pack ’n play is available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty and an additional cleaning fee.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such are needed after their stay.

- A trashed apartment fee will be applied for deep cleaning if the property is left in poor condition.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Guests will find a fob inside the apartment, which is required to access the amenities and use the elevator. If the fob is lost, a replacement fee of USD 100 will apply.
