Luxury 4BR Miami Villa with Hot Tub and Gazebo!

Experience true Miami living in our stylish 4-bedroom townhouse near the vibrant Miami River and Wharf District, complete with open living spaces and serene bedrooms for relaxation. Enjoy private parking and easy access to local attractions for a seamless and memorable stay.

The Space:
The home is always cleaned at check-out, and inspected again prior to your arrival, however if we missed something or something is not right upon arrival please let us know and we will take action IMMEDIATELY to rectify any concerns. For your stay we have stocked the home with 2 towels per bed, 6 rolls of toilet paper (2 per bath), body wash, shampoo, conditioner, 2 laundry pods, and dish pods. You are free to use the washer, dryer, and ironing board as needed. For stays longer than 3 days, please plan for any additional needs.
The master bedroom has an additional bed set up available for parties of 10+ guests, requiring a 48-hour request to avoid setup fees.
*** STAINED OR DAMAGED LINENS: Towels, linens, duvets, pillows (couch & bed), rugs, or curtains will incur an equal replacement cost added to your reservation.
Be cautious when removing makeup with our towels, eating, or drinking on beds and couches. ***

The home features 4 private bedrooms: 3 with queen beds and the master with a king bed and optional setup full size bed. All bedrooms have private balconies except one interior bedroom. Please use anything in the kitchen as needed, but we ask that you do return items to their original position after use. There is an air fryer and toaster oven for you located in the cabinet of the island. If used, please clean appropriately with the dish brush and the inside pan is dishwasher safe.

Additionally there is a hot tub in the backyard for your enjoyment. Chemicals are checked and balanced in between each reservation.
Hot Tub Rules will be posted at the home and additional information will be sent at check-in for convenience. Violations will result in fines and immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO REFUND and you will be asked to vacate the premises.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and living areas. The private driveway has space for one vehicle, as well as street parking for any additionals. Enjoy the freedom and privacy of having the entire space to yourselves during your stay.

Getting Around:
Our townhouse is perfectly situated for convenient transportation. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and electric scooters and bikes offer a fun way to explore the area. The nearby Brightline station provides easy access for day trips from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando, making travel seamless and enjoyable during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Our home is situated in a lively area close to the Miami River, offering easy access to local attractions. Please be aware that the neighborhood is bustling, and you may experience typical urban sounds. Also, while we strive to make our home family-friendly, it is not fully childproofed. We ask that parents supervise their children during the stay.

House Rules and Policies: We have a STRICT no party/event policy to respect our neighbors and comply with CITY ENFORCED noise ordinances. Special events must be discussed and APPROVED well in advance and in writing. Violations WILL RESULT in fines and immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO REFUND and you will be asked to vacate the premises. To keep the home clean and welcoming, pets are not allowed. Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted in the yard if doors/windows are FULLY CLOSED and all smoking buds and trash is disposed of. A deep cleaning fee will apply for smoking odors or failure to follow check-out instructions. Outdoor perimeter security cameras and interior Minut Noise Sensor ensure safety and compliance. The bathrooms have tempered glass shower doors that slide or open, it is VERY IMPORTANT you are mindful of closing and opening and avoiding putting too much weight on the glass handles / towel rack. Any damages or replacement will be charged to your reservation.
