Dear guest, we think that this review is due to the fact that you are upset because it was impossible to have given you a late check out with an upcoming guest and less than 6 hours more. However, I take this opportunity to clarify, a back house should have a shared entrance and exit and the same land and where you were there does not have a shared entrance or exit, nor is it on the same land, nor does it share ANYTHING with anyone. The washer and dryer is unique and exclusive to the house and is in the back of the house. If you saw any insects outside, it could be because here in Florida there may be some insects in the external areas. The Nest thermostat is one of the most modern if you didn't know how to use it, you would have asked us and we would gladly explain it to you. We provide toilet paper and 2 spare parts but we do not cover the entire stay, we do not offer coffee and detergents as amenities. Everything in the house was perfectly clean, in fact, I asked you and you told me that everything was fine, now by surprise everything changes. I personally checked everything before your arrival.
