Het was geen luxe hotel. Erg wennen aan de kamer. Kaal en onvriendelijk. Airco kon je niet configur qua snelheid. De verwachtingen waren hoger voor toch een hoge prijs.

We are sorry you were unhappy.We do have a Front Desk. The Receptio at Lobbyvwhere yoy check- in.We do have a roon type with microwave and refrigerator. Studio Roon with kitchen. But you booked the Standard room. Description clearly indicates there is none of the features in the Studios.Thank you.
