Onlangs gerenoveerd 3/2 appartement op het Alexander Hotel in Miami Beach

Onlangs gerenoveerd en smaakvol ingericht, kunt u genieten van de zonsopgang boven de Atlantische Oceaan en Miami Beach of de zonsondergang boven Biscayne Bay en het centrum van Miami vanaf onze 16e verdieping ramen en balkon. Plons rond in de branding of vang wat stralen op Miami Beach terwijl mensen kijken. Als je meer van het actieve type houdt, wandel, ren, skate of fiets dan de Miami Beach Boardwalk op en neer. Of lig gewoon rond het zwembad en neem een koel drankje voordat u 's avonds op opwindend South Beach uit gaat.

Onze eenheid is in het Alexander All Suites Oceanfront Resort en is gunstig gelegen in het hart van Miami Beach. De accommodatie ligt op enkele minuten van restaurants en entertainment van wereldklasse, net ten zuiden van Bal-Harbour en op enkele minuten ten noorden van South Beach, Lincoln Road en het Miami Beach Convention Center. Het Alexander ligt op enkele kilometers van Wynwood, Mid-town, de Art Districts, Downtown Miami en Brickell Financial District.

Onze twee grote slaapkamers hebben grote ramen met uitzicht op de oceaan en het strand met nieuwe comfortabele queensize bedden. De derde kamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed. Elke kamer heeft een grote, nieuwe flatscreen 4K HD T.Vs. Eigen badkamers met prachtige porseleinen tegels en grote regendouchekranen.

Dit ruime appartement beschikt over een comfortabele woon- en eetkamer en beschikt over de volgende voorzieningen:

- Nieuw gerenoveerde suite met drie slaapkamers met 3 queensize bedden en 1 eenpersoonsbed en veel kastruimte.

Eerste slaapkamer - Groot raam met uitzicht op het strand en de stad, twee queensize bedden en een 55 "4K flatscreen-tv. Een prachtige privébadkamer met rondom porseleinen tegels, een bad en een wastafel.

Tweede slaapkamer - Groot raam met uitzicht op het strand en de stad, twee queensize bedden en een 55 "4K flatscreen-tv. Grote kast met veel opbergruimte.

Derde slaapkamer - eenpersoonsbed en 50 "4K flat-panel TV.

Woonkamer - Groot raam met toegang tot het balkon en uitzicht op de oceaan. Een lederen sofa-sectionele met veel zitruimte. Grote 65 "4K flatscreen HD-tv.

Eetkamer-zitplaatsen voor 6.

Aanrecht in de keuken met zitplaatsen voor twee.

Lager niveau zwembad met twee jacuzzi's, Tiki Bar, handdoekenservice en directe toegang tot het strand. Het tweede bovendek zwembad wordt momenteel gerenoveerd (dit gebied is geïsoleerd). De accommodatie beschikt ook over een eet- en bardienst die wordt aangeboden door de zwembadbar en grill Top of The Falls.

Gasten hebben ook toegang tot een schoonheidssalon, een fitnesscentrum, ligstoelen bij het zwembad en handdoeken.

10 minuten laten vallen - levering of ophalen gratis

Er is een openbare openbare parkeerplaats van City of Miami Beach.

Check-in tijd is om 16.00 uur en check-out tijd is om 11.00 uur. We vragen u dit strikt in acht te nemen, omdat het ons slechts een paar uur geeft om de suite klaar te maken voor onze volgende gast. Neem contact op met de eigenaar voor vroeg inchecken of laat uitchecken (op basis van beschikbaarheid) voor een extra vergoeding.

Er is een $ 139 exit schoonmaakkosten direct aan het hotel betaald bij het inchecken.

BELANGRIJKE KENNISGEVING: Er kan enige geluidshinder zijn tussen maandag en zaterdag van 9:00 tot 17:00 uur, evenals enkele wijzigingen in de aangeboden diensten en voorzieningen. Het gebied dat wordt gerenoveerd, is geïsoleerd. De upgrades naar de lobby, het lager gelegen zwembad en de buitenkant van het gebouw zijn voltooid.

Winter getaway

Our condo was really nice. The only downside was the hotel is Kosher so you can’t eat or drink anything at the pool. They do have a bar there you can order drinks and food but it’s very pricey. The cafe in the lobby was great and the prices there were reasonable. Overall tea enjoyed our stay.

Older building, awkward room layouts

The building is older and the common areas are poorly maintained. The pool/bar area is in decent condition, though. The bedrooms in the unit are furnished and laid out awkwardly. The master bedroom, with its own bath, has two double beds. The second bedroom has an oversized queen bed, making it almost impossible to navigate the room. The third room is windowless with only a day bed. The balcony was nice but very dirty and the furniture was not usable because of how dirty it was.

Miami Beach Condo

My friends and I (6 in total) stayed at this condo for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is just as described / pictured. It was very very clean. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains kept the light out. Everything felt very secure. You need a wristband to open doors, use the elevator and access the pool area. There is a security guard at the front entrance 24/7 so this also made us feel safe. In terms of the location the condo is in a quieter area and technically not in South Beach. It's a 15 min walk to FontaineBleau hotel so you have to drive / take Uber to get into south beach. This was not a problem at all for us because we wanted to be away from the crowds. The condo is conveniently right on the beach which can be accessed via the pool area that is on the premises. The beach area was never too busy and you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds and water toys. In my opinion this was one of the best parts of the condo: having such easy access to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this condo to stay with friends or family!

Ideal location, great views!

The size of this condo was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids) and we loved the views of both the beach and the bay/downtown from the balcony. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent and the one very minor issue we had with needing more towels was resolved very quickly and easily. We were a little apprehensive about having to valet park, but it was so well run and efficient that we ended up loving it. We also really liked the location in the Mid Beach area and we were able to easily get to North Beach, South Beach, and other parts of the Miami area while having a beautiful beach and nice pool easily accessible. The one slight negative was that the fitness center was closed. It is completely gutted and doesn't look like it will reopen anytime soon. So, if that's important to you, check with the owner on the renovation status beforehand. Overall a great vacation spot and a highly recommended rental unit!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The communication with host was easy and prompt. The pool area is perfect. Even though it was crowded you could always find chairs. The condo was gorgeous. Beds were comfortable, view was outstanding, and the amenities aplenty. Location of the condo complex was awesome. Away from the clubs and crowds of South Beach but close enough to hop on trolly. I definitely would visit this place again. Lastly, the staff was very accommodating. We had a late flight the day of checkout and they couldn’t have been more helpful with allowing us to store luggage and car while we continued to enjoy the beach and pool area.

Property Manager super responsive!

Property is clean and as advertised. Have to go out to the porch for the views, but once there it is lovely both sides. Spring break wasn’t the best time to come celebrate a 60th birthday, so the youngers ran over an the property a bit, but the pools, beach access and location are great - above South Beach so that’s good. Valet while expensive is excellent - car always available and great service. Staff of Alexander are on it and good support.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well equipped, clean, with amazing view from the balcony. The pool and beach access were wonderful, and the staff was very helpful. Only downside was lack of towels at the pool, but that’s no fault of the property owner.

QUICK TRIP TO MIAMI

We were going to be in town for a weddng and wanted to stay oceanside. This place was very nice. The staff was pleasant, the property was clean and quiet. Everything was to our liking. We loved the view of the ocean on the left of the balcony and the view of the intercoastal, golf course and city of Miami on the right of the balcony. The kitchen is a little tight but we made the best of it.

Fantastic staycation

We were so happy with our stay. The apartment was even better than in the pictures. Maintained very well and with everything we needed for the week stay. The view of the beach from balcony and of downtown was perfect to view both sunrises and sunsets. The apartment has been updated very nicely and is very well maintained. The Alexander was also a great place to stay with friendly valets and a beautiful beach and pool area. Checkin and check out instructions were great and the owner was quickly available for anything we needed. We would love to come back in the future.
